Important information:

All rooms are double-rooms. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request.

A third child or adult is charged €35 per night for an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Tiny and Deluxe rooms.

Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs €10 per night.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request. The pet fee is €25,00 per night, please ask for approval beforehand.

Pros:

Шикарное расположение, комната маленькая, но есть всё необходимое, чисто, есть чай, кофе и приятный сюрприз. С вами всегда на связи и готовы помочь. Приятно было, что можно было оставить свои вещи в камере хранения после выселение.

Wonderful place to stay

Dear Paleis Hotel, thank you very much for the lovely stay. We really appreciated our two days, entry-lobby was welcoming, and the room made us feel at home and was spotless. Het dakterras was lekker ruim en omringd door veel groen.

Cons:

Persoonlijk contact lukt niet. Parkeerplaats is moeilijk bereikbaar en slecht aangegeven.

Pros:

De ruime kamer en het bed. En een lekker flesje bubbels met brownies bij aankomst. Erg attent

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks. Het was wel gehorig en midden in het uitgaansleven, maar er lagen oordopjes klaar op het nachtkastje en het is wel een gezellig gebied

Centraal gelegen hotel
Pros:

Bed was fijn. Doucheproducten ook.

Cons:

Het hotel zit boven een café en restaurant, daar moet je wel op ingesteld zijn als je hier verblijft. Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, er zitten genoeg leuke ontbijtplekjes in de buurt

ARQ Paleis Hotel is super
Pros:

Both the receptionist and the owner were exceptionally hospitable and helpful. For cyclists like us, it was very convenient that ARQ Paleis Hotel had its own locked bike parking area (and just adjacent to the side entrance to the royal palace).

Cons:

Nothing was not to like. ARQ Paleis Hotel provided a really good experience.

Gewoon goed.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect. In het bruisende centrum van Den Haag.
De honesty bar was goed. Een mooi en sympathiek systeem ook.

Cons:

De badkamer paste allemaal maar net. Wat onhandig met douchen en een nis met WC maar voor een boetiek hotel verder prima.

Fantastic stay in Den Haag
Pros:

Fantastic stay at the Paleis, from the moment we arrived until we left.
Provided with secure bike storage across the road from the hotel.
Free tea/coffee together with snacks and sweets available in the dining area.
Excellent continental breakfast in the morning with fruit juice, granola with fruit and yoghurt, eggs, bread and croissants.
Hotel is very well situated to explore the wonderful city of Den Haag.
