De prijs van het ontbijt. Veel te duur. Slechte prijs prestatie verhouding
Amazing location in the middle of the Hague but you wouldn't know it until you stepped outside. Facilities downstairs were great with lovely space to sit and relax. Some of the best bars in the Hague right on your doorstep.
De ontvangst, de hotelkamer, de ligging. Alles klopte hier!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt this hotel offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio.
The start of our stay wasn't ideal. Before arrival we received quite a large number of emails and notifications, many of which didn't really add value. More importantly, the instructions for accessing the hotel's parking could be much clearer. As the hotel is located right in the historic city centre, close to a pedestrian area, reaching it by car is not straightforward. The narrow streets are busy with pedestrians and cyclists, and finding the entrance to the parking garage was more stressful than it needed to be. Clearer directions (perhaps including a map or photos) would make a big difference. Our room was also not quite ready at the announced check-in time.
That said, once we settled in, our impression changed completely. The location is absolutely fantastic, you can hardly stay more centrally while still enjoying a quiet hotel. Our room on the third floor was spacious, comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the lovely view over the rooftops of The Hague, which gave the room a charming atmosphere.
The lounge and reception area downstairs are also very cosy and inviting. We didn't have breakfast because we were leaving early for Delft, but judging by the overall quality of the hotel, I'm sure it would have been very good as well.
What impressed me most is the value for money. I rarely say this, but in this case the price-quality ratio is genuinely excellent. With a few improvements to the arrival experience, this hotel would easily deserve five stars.
De ingang van het hotel openen met de app.
Kwam er iets later achter dat het kamernummer in de mail stond.
Hyggeligt lille hotel midt i gågaderne men stadig
Muligt at køre bilen frem med baggage. Lækre værelser og sødt personale. Enkel men fin morgenmad. Kan klart anbefales
Very nice, cozy and clean and good location. I'd definitely stay there again.
Too bad there's no reception, it's nicer to interact with a person than do everything online and with an AI assistant. 1 day before my arrival I still didn't have my online check in email and had to call the morning of the arrival day and then they helped last minute but yeah a bit inconvenient that I have to stress about that and spend my time making calls.
The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely kind and professional.
Unfortunately, although we had booked a two-night stay, we had to leave after the first night. The main issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. There is a bar directly below the hotel, and until 6 a.m. people were shouting and making a lot of noise outside our window. It was practically impossible to sleep.
When we entered the room, we found earplugs on the bedside tables, which immediately made us wonder why they were there. After spending the night there, we understood the reason.
The following morning we spoke to the receptionist, who was very understanding. She immediately apologized and offered us a refund for the second night, explaining that our room was actually the quietest one in the hotel.
It's a real shame because we have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself or the staff. However, we still had to pay for the first night despite not being able to sleep at all. On top of that, we lost two days of our trip because we had to find another hotel at the last minute and recover from a sleepless night. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
