Cons:

Hygiëne - veel haren in bed en op handdoeken, vieze tafel en gordijnen. Oude badkamer - water liep niet weg, stop van het bad kapot - dit is iets wat bij het schoonmaken van het bad moet opvallen

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec nos deux enfants et avons été ravis : il était très spacieux, très propre et vraiment confortable. Le lit était excellent, avec une literie très confortable, ce qui est toujours appréciable après une journée bien remplie à Pairi Daiza !

Le petit déjeuner était plus que parfait ! Il y avait énormément de choix, vraiment de tout pour satisfaire petits et grands. Tout était très bon et copieux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien de particulier à signaler. Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit et tout s’est très bien passé. Nous n’avons rien remarqué de négatif ni rencontré de problème pendant notre séjour.

Good location but lack of elevators
Pros:

My stay at the Hotel & Aparthotel Casteau Resort Mons Soignies was generally satisfactory, easy travel from there to NATO SHAPE Headquarters.

Cons:

The lack of an elevator significantly affected my experience. My room was on the second floor, which meant carrying multiple heavy bags up and down the stairs.

This is especially problematic for business travelers transporting presentation materials, demonstration equipment, or other items that are considerably heavier than ordinary luggage. The hotel should clearly disclose the absence of an elevator before arrival and, whenever possible, offer ground-floor rooms to guests traveling with multiple bags or business equipment.

Not much of a gym.

Pros:

L’accueil et les services, l’amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Un petit déjeuner complet et varié et de qualité. Et le petit plus, une petite restauration sur place plus que correct et très appréciable quand on a voyagé et plus envi de bouger. Merci à toute l’équipe.

Cons:

Ne pas être obligée de faire le ménage de la cuisine lorsque l’on réserve une chambre appart hôtel. On paye déjà un prix plus élevé pour ce genre de logements donc je trouve pas correct d’imposer en plus le nettoyage. Tous du moins, il faudrait que ce soit moins stricte.

Ich war zufrieden mit allem. Nettes Personal, sehr sauber, Gutscheine für den Verzicht auf tägliche Reinigung. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Propreté laisse a désirer : table pas propre, cheveux sur l’évier de la salle de bain.
Chambre mal insonorisé couloir/chambre voisine, pb avec la chasse d'eau
Et le mail après le séjour qui demande de contacter le directeur plutôt que mettre un avis négatif, comment dire ....
