Super Lage mit kleinen Abzügen für die Lautstärke
Pros:

Top Lage, nahe des zentralen Platzes! ABER….die Zimmer zur Straße hin (z.B. 10,8,9) haben ein Lautstärke-Problem! Die direkt vor dem Haus fahrende Straßenbahn macht nicht nur ab 4:30 entsprechende Fahrgeräusche, sie lässt das Gebäude tatsächlich vibrieren, was bei leichtem Schlaf zu unruhigen Nächten führen kann. Sonst wirklich ein tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern und gepflegten Zimmern und einem guten Frühstück!

Cons:

Lautstärke der Straßenbahn, die vor dem Haus im 5-Minutentakt hält!

Für ein Boutique Hotel sehr Basic
Noch nicht einmal Conditioner für die Haarwäsche. Sehr kleines Bad. Zimmer zur Straße laut. Frühstück nur schwarzer Kaffee & Tee - alles andere kostenpflichtig

Super Lage, sehr sauber

Cons:

Mit dem Auto anreisen eine Katastrophe, niemand in der Lobby und keine Hilfe, Frühstück eher mager und Zeitraum von 7-9 Uhr finde ich nicht passend.

Nice hotel in the city of the town
Pros:

Nice hotel right in the heart of the town, very nice staff supporting the guests. The hotel room was nicely decorated. The breakfast was nice, offering the basic usual breakfast variations.

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor with the HVAC units right by the windows outside, which was quite disturbing view from the windows. A quite complicated way to get to your car from the hotel (parking not directly in the hotel)

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit sauberen, schönen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und in einem sehr schönen Ambiente. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr schön und die Dusche hatte einen guten Strahl. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war lecker und für ein kleines Hotel absolut ausreichend. Es gab z.B. zahlreiche Varianten für Eier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind hinter dem Hotel vorhanden. Sie sind schwer zu finden, an der Rezeption gibt es eine Wegbeschreibung mit Fotos. Die Koffer müssen um das Hotel herum zum Eingang getragen werden. Das Personal bietet jederzeit Hilfe an.

Scelta buona per chi vuole essere in centro città

ATTENZIONE
- nella mia camera non c'era l'aria condizionata ! ed era bollente.
- l'hotel pur essendo sviluppato su soli 2 piani, non ha l'ascensore
- stanze che danno sulla via principale un pò rumorose

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal freundlich, Sauberkeit passt ebenfalls.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für mich nicht. Das Zimmer war winzig klein und bei einem Boutique-Hotel erwarte ich zu dem Preis, dass ich zum Frühstück einen Cappuccino statt Filterkaffee ohne Aufpreis bestellen darf.
