Not bad overall, excellent location, very nice staff and delicious complimentary breakfast

Location, staff very friendly, excellent breakfast, clean, bed was comfortable,

Cons:

The bathroom and shower was very small. The shampoo provided pump was broken, the water changed temperature quickly, the TV was only in czech/German- absolutely no streaming/casting abilities from our phones, so no English speaking options at all, no mini fridge, it was quite loud - no air conditioner and so have to open the window, which made it ever louder.

Perfect for a short break
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for us from start to finish of our trip. The food in the restaurant was of the highest standard. We ate there twice in five days. Breakfast was of the same standard. The hotel was located near the the main square and public transport.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable room. Helpful staff, we were able to access room before the official check in time. Great location, close to the main square, Pilsner Urquell brewery and comfortable city parking.

Cons:

There was no water / coffee / tea set in the room. Breakfast was ok but we expected something better from the place which has good rated restaurant.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und freundlich, super Restaurant
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, 10 Minuten bis zur Brauerei, ein paar Meter bis zur City.
Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, auszeichnetes Restaurant. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplätze in der Nähe gegen Gebühr.

Cons:

Alles bestens, es könnte aber ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten oder eine Garderobe im Zimmer geben.

Recepce, pokoj, snídaně, personál vše v naprostém pořádku. Ale výhled z okna pokoje na konstrukci odvětrávání, které bylo zastíněné částečně zelení,zřejmě z kuchyně, které spínalo v noci, ale ráno po šesté hodině pro nás nesnesitelný hluk a ještě k tomu "pachy" kuchyně. Nikdo nás na toto neupozornil a proto tedy cena neodpovídala kvalitě ubytování.
