Pros:

Hospitality seems to be a top priority at Villa Rosy. I really appreciated the owner's and employees' approach to customer service. The location was pretty good: a 15-minute walk from the train station, and a 10-15-minute bike ride to the beach. The location also allowed easy access to restaurants and stores within walking distance. Bikes can be rented directly at the hotel for eight euros per day.

Cons:

My room overlooked a small children's amusement park, which meant that there was some noise coming from next door at night. Other rooms that overlook the courtyard are likely relatively quiet.

Hotel delizioso con un bellissimo giardino. La mia stanza aveva accesso al prato con ben due tavoli esterni. Stanza e bagno molto puliti. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi. Posizione comoda sia per il mare che il lago.

Uno spazio tranquillo e curato
Pros:

La struttura è a metà strada tra il mare e il lago, entrambi raggiungibili tranquillamente in bicicletta. Accoglienza gentile e calorosa da parte della proprietaria. Parcheggio interno comodissimo. Spazio aperto ben curato con la possibilità di stare all aperto con sdraio o tavolini per gli ospiti posizionato da antina ogni stanza Le stanze sono al piano terra con accesso diretto al giardino, pulite e ben curate. Presente un frigo minibar in camera.
Colazione con pasticcini e croissant, prosciutto, formaggio, uova sode, yogurt, marmellata e spremuta, zona bar per caffè e cappuccino.
Personale gentile

Cons:

Presente qualche minimo segno di usura nei sanitari, ma non rilevante nella bellezza e tranquillità del luogo

Il verde che vi è intorno e la possibilità: di fare colazione al fresco sotto gli alberi; di affittare una bici; di accomodarsi su sdraio/lettino in giardino.

La proprietaria e lo staff sono davvero carini e cordiali. La struttura delle suite è molto recente e quindi confortevole e la vista sul prato è molto piacevole.

Lovely family owned accommodation to recommend
Pros:

Lovely family owned accommodation with welcoming and friendly staff. We had a room on first floor which was very clean, spacious and had a modern bathroom. Typical Italian breakfast included with great coffee. Secure car parking with electronic gates for free. The house and garden is wonderful and kept in great shape.

Cons:

The room on first floor was a bit noisy from the street with heavy traffic also at night. But nothing the accommodation is responsible for. Next time we would take the bungalows as they are situated in the inner garden.
