Teníamos una SmartBox que nos habían regalado por nuestro cumpleaños. Fue imposible usarla, ni siquiera canjear la parte correspondiente pagando la diferencia, por lo que tuvimos que reservar una habitación por los medios habituales. Ahí sigue la SmartBOX pendente de usarse... Los encargados de Paradores mostraron una falta total de flexibilidad.
Es una vergüenza que estos establecimientos se presten a este tipo de ofertas cuando sólo se pueden utilizar en temporadas bajas y fuera de los fines de semana. Estas cosas hay que avisarlas a los que adquieren este tipo de regalos o, simplemente, no prestarse a ello. Aunque el parador es estupendo, guardo un recuerdo MUY NEGATIVO y no se lo recomendaré a nadie.

Reformado y súper agradable, muy bonito y súper bien ubicado. Desayuno muy bueno y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación que estaba a pie de calle y oíamos todos los coches pasar, las conversaciones… no podíamos abrir la ventana porque literalmente pasaba la gente pegada a nuestra ventana. Por casi 300 euros que nos costó la noche, eso nos fastidió un poco.
