The town of Lerma celebrates the Patron Saint Festival between the 30 August and the 9 September, with music and attractions until the early hours. For this reason, the Parador cannot guarantee the peace and quiet that it would usually hope to offer.
During the festivities, the Plaza Mayor and Plaza de San Blas will be closed off to parking. You will be able to park at the rear of the hotel or in the hotel garage, with an additional cost.
Please note that drinks are not included in the Half Board and Full Board rates.

El personal muy amable y atenta, desde la entrada hasta el servicio de habitaciones. La comida. Nuestras felicitaciones al/la chef y personal de cocina y salón. También en la zona de desayuno. Muy atentos incluso recordando necesidades de personal de un día a otro. Como mi intolerancia a la lactosa.
El somiere, aunque cada espalda es un mundo, porque a mi pareja no le paso nada y durmió genial, para mi espalda estaba duro y me levanté con un poco de dolor de espalda. Pero tenía voltadol y santo remedio. No tengo nada que reprochar. ☺️
Loved the building and the staff in the bar/coffee shop were lovely and very attentive. The underground parking for our motorcycles was also excellent. We had a superior double room with far reaching views on two sides of the building. The room was very spacious and lovely air conditioning
We had a meal in the hotel restaurant, which was ok, but was a little on the pricey side for what it was. I enjoyed my meal in their bar/cafe more

El parador esta muy bien decorado y lo hace señorial. Al llegar puedes tomar algo en el salón central, te invitan.

Wunderschöner Parador mit exquisitem Restaurant und gemütlicher Innenhofbar: ein ehemaliger Herzogspalast mit viel Atmosphäre, geräumigen Zimmern und allem, was es für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Neben etlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die alle fußläufig zu erreichen sind, bietet Lerma auch schöne Spazier- und Wanderwege.
Bâtiment historique exceptionnel mais le confort moderne est présent. Le personnel à l’accueil était très aimable et nous a conseillé les sites à ne pas manquer. Chambre et salle de bains très vastes avec beaucoup de rangement. On se gare sans problème sur la place devant l’hôtel.
Dommage, nous n’avons pas apprécié le restaurant. Embouteillages fréquents au petit déjeuner !

החדר פשוט אפילו קומקום או קפה אין ארוחת בוקר היתה זמינה רק בעשר . החדר מאוד בסיסי . וחבל אפשר היה בקלות להפוך את החוויה לאחרת . יש קפה יפיפיה בארמון אבל צוות עייף וגם העוגות חבל

Het avondeten was niet op dezelfde hoogte en het personeel in de eetzaal was niet gemotiveerd.
Lage, historisches Gebäude, Frühstück
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Dachgeschoss. Aussicht schön, aber das Fenster war nur eine hohe Gaube, so dass das Zimmer etwas von einer Zelle hatte.
Die Toilettenspülung war so laut, dass man nachts jeden aus dem Bett gerissen hat.
Die Bedienung auf der Terrasse hatte wohl schlechte Laune, und ich musste immer hinterherlaufen, um etwas zu bestellen oder den Tisch von den Resten der Vorgänger abgeräumt zu bekommen. Die Laune verbesserte sich bis zum Ende nicht und das grenzte schon an Unhöflichkeit.
Beim Frühstück gab es nur zwei Mitarbeiter, die völlig überfordert waren, von einer nicht funktionierenden Kaffeemaschine, für diese ziemlich lange gebraucht haben, um sie endlich wieder zum Laufen zu bekommen. Da sie viele Dinge gleichzeitig machen mussten, haben sie vor lauter Eile so laut mit dem Geschirr geklappert, dass die Gemütlichkeit weg war. Und auch ihnen musste man hinterherlaufen, um eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Das sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht passieren. Schade.
