We have stayed in many Parodors and this was really up to standard apart from the pool area.
Pros:

Typical Parador luxury. Excellent breakfast. Professional friendly service.

Cons:

The area around the pool. Grass area not looked after. Very scruffy.

Parador - Hotels sind nicht mehr das was sie mal waren.
Cons:

Mitarbeiter - alle - gestresst, oberflächlich, verhalten freundlich, man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen.
Das mitgebuchte Abendessen wurde offensichtlich nicht vor Ort gekocht - convenience Produkte - nichts frisch zubereitet, nur Mikrowelle u.ä.
