The bed was very comfortable. The owner was friendly.
The location is difficult to find and get to by car. It has scaffolding on the building so the door to the hotel was hard to find. The bed heads need replacing (they are damaged with marks). The showers need replacing as water comes out of the shower heads (we had a double shower in our room) from every direction including shooting over the shower screen. They are also leaking around the bottom causing the wooden door frame of the bathroom to rot. The room door frame is also loose and every time we opened or closed the door, the whole frame moved. The “on-site, free, valet parking” is just you parking your car wherever there’s a spot in the street.

Nice owner and a lady in reception. Daily cleaning.
Promised "free breakfast" at Trip advisor, but actually no breakfast, not even paid for.
The rooms were very cheap looking, lots of small damages only visible in person, not on pictures.
Broken electricity socket in a bathroom (missing plastic covers), which was very dangerous. Another socket next to a bed not working.
Safe should work with a main entrance type of key, but did not work at all.
Lots of noises from out and inside during day and night.
Excellent. I stayed for four nights and I highly recommend it. Room was clean and big, the hotel is 10 mins or less walking from the central station, the port and the city center. And the service was magnificient, with Giovanni and all the rest of the staff. They were very kind, efficient, and very attentive to solve all my doubts about travelling around the city and the area. Grazie mille!
