Cons:

We had already paid for a six-night hotel room, but they demanded an additional 20 Euros because my husband was sharing a room with me for one night. This 20 Euros is normally the difference for two people staying six nights. Even though I explained this to the staff during the day, and told them that the maximum extra charge for my wife sharing a night with me should be 3.5 Euros, they insisted on taking the 20 Euros. They also tried to charge an extra 10 Euros for my wife's one-night stay in the city tax. This is unacceptable!!

Prima locatie, ruime kamer, gratis parkeren maar personeel wenste ik pro actiever en klantgerichter.
Pros:

De locatie was prima, het zijn ruime kamers en de airco maakt weliswaar ietwat geluid maar de kamer werd voldoende koud. Helaas een stroomstoring overdag tussendoor.

Cons:

We hadden 4 kamers als groep en iedere dag werkten de kaarten niet van de kamers. Dus boven aangekomen, checken en terug naar beneden dat kan uiteraard een keer voorkomen maar elke dag en soms meerdere keren dat kan niet de bedoeling zijn. Dit ook aangegeven ,op dag 2, dat dit best frustrerend was en hier werd eigenlijk niet op gereageerd. Het werd een beetje zuinig weggelachen en dat was het........Men kan gewoon aangeven en reageren: "sorry voor het ongemak we weten dat het storend is, onze excuses". Meer moet dat niet zijn en dat neemt de spanning van een dergelijke situatie af op zo´n moment maar dan glimlachen en wegkijken is niet professioneel. Hier is ruimte voor verbetering.

B&B molto comodo all'uscita dell'autostrada con intorno diversi locali dove cenare.
Stanza grande e pulita.

Wygodne łóżko, duży parking, śniadanie jak na włoskie warunki Ok.

Cons:

Słuchawka prysznicowa do wymiany.
Wypadało by zadbać trochę o estetykę i działanie urządzeń. Winda czynna tylko jedna z dwóch, przyciski na piętrach pozaklejane taśmą klejacą.
