Pros:

Top locatie, dichtbij het oude centrum en Güggenheim. Appartement is niet groot maar prima. Leuk dakterras. Kleine maar volledige keuken.

Cons:

Het (vooraf gereserveerde en) toegewezen vak in de parkeergarage is te klein voor auto’s van nu. Wij hebben een Hyundai Kona uit 2024 en veel van onze vrienden of kennissen zouden hun auto niet in het vak hebben kunnen of willen parkeren. Om uit de auto te kunnen stappen moest hij achteruit echt strak tegen de muur worden geparkeerd.

De douchecabine is klein maar werkt.

Cons:

Lubatud parkimine puudus. See tuli välja, kui broneering sai tehtud, kuigi eelnevalt helistasime ja uurisime, lubati, et on majutusasutuses. Sehr freundliche, humorvolle Rezeptionistin.
Tägliches Zimmerservice im Preis inkludiert.
Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Appartement mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage.
Check-In-Prozess war online super organisiert.
Parkgarage direkt im Haus.
Kleine Dachterrasse für alle Gäste..

Cons:

Abgewohnte Räume und Möbel mit 90igerJahre-Charme; frischer Anstrich täte den Räumen gut.
Matratzenqualität könnte besser sein.

Pros:

Situation de cet appart hôtel en plein centre et qui rend la visite de la ville facile, possibilité de réserver une place de parking. Appartement d'une surface plus que correct pour deux. Un rooftop petit mais confortable

Cons:

Annonce qui peut être trompeuse, en effet on voit un patio et c'est indiqué pour chaque chambre mais c'est le rooftop. Il n'y a pas d'espace extérieur privé par appartement.
Pas de distributeur de boissons sur le rooftop
Il manque de la vaisselle dans les appartements comme par exemple pas de plat au four alors qu'il y a un four.

Top locatie, alles is on de buurt.

Cons:

Borden en bestek was niet allemaal even schoon. Keuken en appartementen zelf was wel schoon.
