Cons:

El baño, la ducha es bastante incómoda. En la cocina te dejan cápsulas de cafe, que es de agradecer, pero no hay azúcar o leche por ejemplo, asi el detalle ya sería completo.

The apartment is close to the Moyua metro station. It is very well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful.

MUY AMPLIO Y MUY ATENTA LA ANFITRIONA
Pros:

Apartamento muy amplio, con cocina completa. La anfitriona muy amable y muy atenta. Esperó a que llegásemos, un poco justos de tiempo y nos dio todo tipo de indicaciones.

Spacious apartment with close to 24 hour front desk with real humans
Pros:

I loved that this stay had the features of an apartment and hotel... needed a wash machine... appreciated the English speaking front desk people who were there for most of the day.... In fact their friendliness and professionalism was what stood out about this stay

Central air was a definite bonus for this American.

As for location it was a straight shot walk to the Guggenheim which was nice. A little over ten minutes...
The another fifteen min walk along the river brought you into the old town...

Cons:

There were a lot of lights, but none of the switches seemed to work.... so some explanation about this would be helpful...in the end there was enough light, but I never could get the bedside lights to work.

The place was a bit tired in some ways.

Also, my room faced this plaza that echoed street noise at all hours... not horrible... this is what happens when you stay in a city... but good to know if this is important to you.

The rest of the things one might do in Bilboa were a touch far if being in the center is important to you...

Also a small frying pan would be helpful...
