Pros:

Lovely large room with plenty of space including 2 comfy chairs & table. Hotel staff were professional & friendly.

Cons:

The hotel obviously has a theatrical theme which is quite flamboyant but it was difficult to navigate in the communal areas & I wondered what would happen in an emergency situation when you had to find your way out. The communal areas were a little too dark. The emergency signage didn't stand out. The restaurant (evening) menu had limited choices. A large menu selection would help.

Very nice hotel near King's Cross
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located across from King's Cross. The room is exceptional for London. It is very spacious with a couch and large bathroom. The breakfast is very good with nice selections. The room decor is a pretty fun nostalgic theme.

Cons:

The only downside of this place is the price, but at least you get what you pay for.

Excellent boutique hotel conveniently situated near Kings Cross
Pros:

A very nice boutique hotel. The room was a bit on the smallish side, but perfectly suitable for a couple staying overnight. The musical/theatrical themed decorations throughout the room were very cool! (Think old amps retrofitted as mini-fridges and sound systems as furniture.) Restaurant downstairs was also accommodative for a celiac diner—they were willing to prepare my breakfast separately after washing their cooking implements upon request.

Cons:

Location by Kings Cross station is both a boon and a curse—the area can be somewhat sketchier after dark.

They messed up rooms, we were given key card which luckily didn’t work as there was a man already in! Second room given key card stopped when we were at breakfast so couldn’t get our luggage!

Despite the minor shortcomings( which can be easily rectified) certainly will stay again.
Pros:

Good location very close to the Kings-cross & St Pancras stations.
Thank you so much for my upgrade.
Comfy beds, interesting decor and very clean.
Very tasty breakfast.
Most staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It’s a bit of a maze inside, better signposting to the breakfast room especially for house guests would be appreciated on the doors ( the downstairs can be used by walk in public and no buffet in that room).
Hair conditioner near the sink with the hand wash instead of hand/ body cream. Phoned the receptionist the first night said they will send someone with the body cream but no one arrived even until the next morning!
One waitress either did not know basic skills/ etiquette, tried to keep the main breakfast plate with hot food on the plates used and emptied after consuming the croissants. I had to request her to move them and no apology given!!

Terrifically stylish, fab location. Only issue was too much street noise audible in the room.
Pros:

We absolutely loved the stylish decor and the location, situated just across the road from Kings' Cross and St. Pancras. The staff was very friendly, too.

Cons:

We had a lovely corner room, but unfortunately, we heard sirens on the street all night long. If it were quieter, it would have been the perfect stay.
