Piscina aquecida, Café da manhã, atendimento, o hotel é excelente em quase tudo, se não fosse a internet, eu daria notá máxima em todos os quisitos

Hoje em dia somos dependente de internet para tudo, penso que independente da categoria de um hotel a internet tem que ser bom, e a internet do Del Ray Qualit, deixou a deseja, pelomentos no ap 203.

Classifico como mediana a estadia no hotel Del Rey de Foz do Iguaçu.
Pros:

Gostei da localização e do atendimento da camareira e dos assistentes no café da manhã. Quartos limpos, banheiro limpo e com ducha muito boa.

Cons:

O checkin às 14 e checkout às 11 horas.
Meu voo de volta era às 17 horas, por duas vezes perguntei se poderia estender para 13 horas. A primeira tentativa negada direto na recepção no dia da chegada, a segunda dariam resposta somente no dia da saída. Por fim, permitiram que eu ficasse até o meio dia, esta última tentativa eu recebi resposta às 10 horas da manhã.

Pros:

Atendimento dos funcionários, localização, tamanho dos quartos e áreas de lazer. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

As instalações sanitárias poderiam ser melhores, torneiras, tampa do vaso sanitário, lixeiras de banheiro.

Internet incrivelmente péssima. Preços altíssimos do Room Sevice, como água de 330 ml por 10 reais.
Camareiras nos acordaram as 07:00 com conversas altas e barulhos. Nosso quarto era no 3° andar, mas acredito q foi o pior.
Café da manhã deixou tb a desejar. Café sabor muito ruim, sanduíches duros, produtos muito requentado, sucos "naturais" sem sabor.
Shampoo horrível, deveriam trocar fornecedor. Falta de abajures ao lado das camas.
No check-out o atendimento foi pior que no check-in. Sem um sorriso ou qualquer boa viagem, voltem sempre, ....

Desculpas da acomodação, provavelmente, não repararam nossa experiência.

Pros:

Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos, sem exceção. O hotel é localizado bem ao centro e tem supermercado perto (10min a pé) e três restaurantes na mesma rua. A cama também era muito confortável, além do café da manhã que considerei bom.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de algumas melhorias que poderiam tornar a experiência mais agradável. Por exemplo, o chuveiro do quarto. Existe pouco jato de água e ele é pequeno. O teto do banheiro é em PVC e existiam alguns furos na parede (antigos suportes que estavam instalados). A acústica também é um ponto que precisa melhorar do hotel. Facilmente você escuta os demais hóspedes do lado de fora.
