Globales Palmanova

For an early May visit we where pleasantly surprised, visited Palmanova previously and stayed at sister hotel Minosa ( sorry but Mimosa is far superior) but for the price £1000 2 adults all inclusive for 5 nights we can’t complain.
Location I thought was ok but if you find it hard to walk long distances maybe not the best as the far side of Palmanova but lovely bars, beach and mini golf wishing a 5 mi Ute walk if you leave and enter hotel via door at pool ( cuts a walk out)
Rooms a good size a d offered to be cleaned every day , I had an accident and smashed the mirrored doors in room - not drunk but slipped and expected a bit of agro from staff but no! Absolutely fantastic! Moved rooms within the hour and no charge ! Thank you soo much !!
Food- only ok, breakfast was the least favourite, cold and not much of a selection,
Lunch- always something to eat not the best though
Dinner- again food only like warm which really met it down I’m afraid.

There used to be a snack bar beside pool which was ok, beware though the little birds gain access to the rolls and completely put ne off, all the other food is covered though and plenty choice such as burgers, hotdogs, wings, pizza, chips, salad so you won’t go hungry.

Bar staff count do with smiling , especially pool bar staff- absolutely miserable , no interaction and very very slow.

Entertainment- never went but heard from people it was ok

Pookside- plenty of space around pool and no no sunbed races , and lots of tables to sit at but it was May, also a kids park and seperate area for adults only but think this is additional cost over and above all inclusive.

We enjoyed our stay, a little further away than where we would normally go but can walk into Magaluf etc 30mins so not to far.

Decent hotel but really need to up the standard of food as it was often cold or lukewarm other than that it was good for us.

Spent a week at Globales Palmamova and had a fabulous time, hotel is lovely and a good choice of food, 5 minute walk to the beach so perfectly located. The Animation team are great and Charlotte was wonderful!

Fabulous location just right for the beach. Plenty of choices in the restaurant. Cleaning of room leaves a lot to be desired to be honest. Miserable staff seating drinks etc at pool bar. Just returned from a 14 night stay in room 506. All was good until the mob in room 505 turned up on Saturday the 16th may. You know the type don’t give a dam for anybody but themselves. Overall not a bad stay but prefer the Momosa up the road.

We stayed at Globales Palmanova from 11–18 May 2026.

Positives:
The hotel is in a quiet area, a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice.

Negatives:
There appears to be a drainage issue, as there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel.
Very noisy Hotel. Doors slamming, Children running on the corridors and the walls are paper thin. We could hear people coughing in the next room. Babies crying and all sorts.
There was black mould in our shower. Though generally the place was clean.
We tried the evening meal once and didn’t return because it was very poor.
There are only two very small lifts for over 400 guests. The doors close quickly and don’t reopen promptly if they hit someone or something. I was left with bruises on my elbow and wrist, and other guests often warned people about them.
The décor feels dated and needs updating.

We loved Palmanova and would return, but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay at Globales Palmanova again.

This was my first holiday abroad in around 10 years, and is, by far one of the best weeks I've ever had. The Golbales Palmanova was a wonderful hotel, great food and service all around.

But by far what made the week so special was the amazing staff working at the hotel. The staff were lovely in every area of the hotel, but I want to particularly compliment the amazing Charlotte and Jessica, who were consistently a highlight of the entire week:

Jessica was an absolute delight and I was shocked to realise she has only been working at this hotel for a few weeks. Her work with the entertainment for the hotel was stellar and she's an absolute asset to the team.

Charlotte was extremely fun to talk to and be around, always making games more fun by chatting with us during it, and even joining in the games at times! She did extremely well getting people to join in with the games and get to know each other. (Even managing to get me out my shell)

Overall, a fantastic hotel with staff that really do make guests' experiences far better. I would happily come back to this hotel again, and thank you to all the staff for their hard work every day.

We stayed at the Globales for a week. Very impressed with the location with a short walk to the beach, bars and shops. Room was always kept very clean, the food was enjoyable every day and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Would like to give a special mention to the entertainment team, particularly Charlotte and Jessica, who made the stay so enjoyable and always looked to get people involved and having fun on a daily basis. As someone who never usually plays the social games around hotels, their energy and enthusiasm drew me in and I found myself looking forward to every game (and there's a lot of variety in what was played, some more chaotic than others!). Thoroughly enjoyable stay all round, would definitely come back

We've just spent a fantastic week at Los Globales Palmanova as a family and enjoyed every minute. Great food, great company, a decent selection of drinks on the all-inclusive menu and a special mention has to go to the entertainment team who made the stay all that more special, especially Charlotte who is a credit to the hotel with a nickname for every guest and had us in stitches all week. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to come again

We had a lovely stay at Globales Palmanova and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made everything really convenient.
Our room was nice, clean, and had plenty of space to unpack and settle in comfortably. The pool area was also very clean, and as we stayed in May, there were plenty of loungers available. We travelled as a couple, so we didn’t use the children’s facilities, but they looked great and seemed like they would keep all ages entertained.
The food was nice, with a good selection of fresh salads and meats. We also enjoyed the pool snack bar — the pizza was especially good and perfect for enjoying while relaxing in the sun. Another big plus was that the poolside area was non-smoking, and this was well enforced.
The only negative for us was the late check-out process. I had requested to pay for a late check-out and was told to come back on the morning of departure. I got up early to make the request, only to be told it wasn’t possible as the room was needed. I understand it can’t be guaranteed, but it would have been easier to know the night before.
One funny thing worth mentioning — the pool steps make a loud screeching sound when you use them, which is slightly damaging to your self-esteem 🤣🤣🤣
Overall, it was a lovely stay in a clean, friendly hotel with a great atmosphere.

Had a fabulous all inc stay here, everything about this hotel & it's staff was first class...family of 4 ( children aged 4 & 18mths) & 2 grandparents

Beautiful clean rooms, excellent food & choice ... youngest child has dairy allergies, restaurant staff explained what was available every meal to suit..
All staff went above n beyond.
Pool areas, esp kids pool was brilliant n safe & clean.
Kids entertainment was good..they loved the mini disco....staff again first class.
We all as a family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, & would definitely return 😀

So, its on the outskirts of Magaluf, its really what you would expect with that being said! No offence to party goers meant but we found it loud, full of groups rather than families or couples. Everyone was drunk until the late hours then partying in their rooms, without a care for anyone around them and the hotel doing little about it. It is not somewhere I would ever stay again. Food outside......dont eat! Birds sitting on it and eating from it! Staff and hotel very much aware but won't properly cover food or get closing doors on food displays, mental!!!!!!! Rest of food and drink was ok. It was clean. Entertainment was poor.

Not suitable for people with mobility issues to walk to seafront advise hire mobility scooter. Room Overlooking noisy street and rubbish bins which stink. Food okish not very warm.drinks expensive. Some of reception staff abrupt. Only here for short break fortunately would bot come again

Why don't management listen and play some music around the pool area ..doesn't need to be loud but would create a better vibe

Arrived 4th May flight was delayed so ended up late arrival. Received a low floor as requested however smelt of sewers opened the balcony door to a carpark and apartment block not ideal views.
A cockroach was found in the room i explained to reception they said maids will clean which they did and didnt see anymore that week.
No ramp to the baby pool! So basically had to lift pushchair up and down every day.
Food OK always something to have. Desserts lovely!
No music around the pool during day time.
Mini disco for kids which is OK.
Play park.
Staff are friendly they always chatty through out the day.
We did have a lovely time but think i would chose a different hotel in future.
Hotel is good location from shops bars beach.

My partner and I have just stayed at this hotel for a week, and left this morning.

Unfortunatey, this was not the hotel for us, and we will not return.

Rooms: The rooms are generally nice, however there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I think this was coming from the drains.
The soaps in the bathroom were not topped up or replenished for three days in a row, which resulted in us having to use our own body wash and shampoo.
The walls are paper thin, and myself and my partner were woken up multiple times in the night every night, the last night was the worst when the room next door left their TV on loud all night, so we were exhausted due to lack of sleep as we had to be up for our flight at 6.00am - you can literally hear everything in the neighbouring rooms.

Food: Breakfast was nice, maybe serve hashbrowns instead of chips? Lunch and dinner were hit and miss, on a couple of occasions all of the food on our plate was luke warm or cold, and not hot, so we ended up leaving everything on a couple of evenings, for a 4 star you expect food to be hot.
We felt the meat qualities were poor, and the food very repetitive.
Toast machines need updating - you just stood for ages waiting for your toast.

On two occasions I witnessed the birds pecking/ eating the food out of the trays in the snack area - the bar staff just stood and watched and did nothing about this - if that happened in the UK environmental health would close you down.

Drinks: limited options on cocktails, and most of the time were not made with alcohol, so we stopped getting them.

Staff: Generally staff were polite, however, some staff were also rude. We went into the downstairs bar for a drink, in which we were told no it is closed even though it states it is open 10am - 12am. We were told that we needed to go outside - it was raining, so you are telling me the pool bar is the only bar open in the whole hotel when it is raining? We went upstairs to our room without a drink.

Pool: No music around the pool at all and a lack of atmosphere. This is the first time we have stayed at a hotel where there is no music around the pool - it just felt quite depressing.
Sports bar: bar service was closed every night, so had to go all the way downstairs for a drink even though it was open and you could use this bar? You expect a bar to be open in a 4 star hotel.

Location: Fantastic location, just a short stroll to the beach/ resort from the hotel.

Cleanliness: the hotel was immaculate inside and out, and staff clearly work very hard to maintain this level of cleanliness.

In general we felt this hotel could improve in so many areas, and for this reason we would not return to this hotel chain in the nead future.
