Esta muy bien el hotel y las habitaciones y las instalaciones que tiene. Hay un aparcamiento público al aire libre muy cerca donde puedes dejar el coche. Lo cogi con media pensión (cena y desayuno), y está muy bien en cuanto a lo que tiene de variedad.

The staff are so so friendly. Entertainment is literally so good and so inclusive. Air-con is too good. Love Love Love.

Welcoming reception, very clean hotel with good food choices, not anything negative to say about our stay. Party of 8 and all had a great time, location great too

We have just returned from this hotel and quite honestly I would never return. This hotel is definately NOT a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 or possibly 3

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the beaches, shops bars, but the gate at the back of the pool area, to get to the shops etc is not secure anyone from the outside could walk into the hotel.

The pool was was far too small for the size of the hotel picture taken on an angle so looks much bigger, no 'walk in ' area have to use the steps (only 3 sets) to get in and out which need replacing, so squeeky, there are broken tiles around the pool edges - dangerous, children 'bombing' all the time, can't have a proper swim, no aqua or music around the pool, the hotel needs a permit for music apparently. Only water polo, all the sunbeds are taken by roughly 8.30 am, people going down to put towels on the sunbeds, not enough sunbeds and quite a lot are broken. We saw people drinking bottles of whiskey and vodka around the pool, constant swearing, lifeguard did not walk around the pool area, cigarette butts too. Pool Bar - only allowed 2 drinks at a time, not all drinks are in the all inclusive and are very weak even the children could drink them! , (mojito 6.90) euro! beer was awful, there were no snacks i.e crisps etc, there was pizza, ( which was nicer than the restaurant) burgers, salad. Can only get ice-cream, lollies etc are extra, -thought quite pricey too.
Restaurant was ok, did not rate the food everything was cooked in 'a sauce' either veal, pork, fish, no facilities for children, they had to have the same as adults, we mainly had salad, the desserts were always the same everyday, cake/with cream, jelly, mousse, yoghurt, some of the staff were rude also when asking for something.

Our room was nice, clean and tidy, balcony was too small, would have preferred one of the longer ones, clean towels, comfortable beds. The lifts were a nighmare, only 2 for a 7 floor hotel, too small and always full so had to wait ages.

Entertainment was hit and miss, bingo was good if you could hear the numbers, children constantly screaming, shouting and running amoke knocking people with drinks, the bar was not managed very well some evenings only 1 person serving, queues out the door. No facilities if disabled. VIP area? did not have a clue what this was all about, the sports bar was constantly closed too.

Trips far too expensive on top of holiday. Although we have been to Majorca several times. Would have liked to have gone back to the Pearl Factory and maybe the Aloe Vera farm, not pirates/waterslides, sea ventures - I am classed as disabled, and not a sea person.

Palmanova is a lovely holiday destination, but there are other nicer hotels around. However, we do not reccomend Globales Palmanova and would never return.

Just home from a pleasant stay at Globales Palma nova. We arrived to check in quite late that night, we was met by a welcoming man on reception who was friendly and very informative about the hotel and where things were located. The room was a great size and beds quite comfortable, very good air con and even though we were there for the heat wave and high humidity at night we sometimes had to turn it down as it would be too cold. Fridge in the room was adequate and good wardrobe/storage space. Tea/coffee making facilities. We had to pay for the safe and pay a deposit which I’ve never known for a 4 star but it wasn't an issue really. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. We had a pool view it was more of a side pool view but it was nice. Sunbed situation was good for school holidays from our past experiences, If you want pool side then I’d suggest going down for around 7.30/7.45 when the man has finished cleaning the pool area he opens the barrier and people would start putting towels down. However we noticed that people that come down later on still got beds just further back. Pool bar was good, all soft drinks/ alcohol/ juices/ hot drinks etc. I would have liked iced coffee on there but it wasn’t included so did pay for that several times. There is also a water machine to help yourself so it’s handy to bring a water bottle for that if you prefer. The snack bar was great, fresh salads, pastries, burgers, nuggets, chips, grilled meats and pizzas fresh from the pizza oven all replenished quickly. I’d seen prior to our stay that people had mentioned birds around the snack bar, we did see them however not on the food as other reviews have said and the staff cover over the food well to help prevent the birds coming over to that area, it’s other guests that don’t cover things over properly when they’ve got their food. The token system worked well for the bar and this is only for the pool bar, you don’t need them for the inside bar at night. There were ques for the bar pool side and of an evening but you didn’t have to wait that long as some previous reviews have said and it is to be expected in high season. The food in the restaurant was typical all inclusive, always something for everyone though so can’t complain. There was a theme every night too. The staff were always working hard clearing plates and replenishing food. We did eat out a couple of times on an evening but that was our choice as there are so many beautiful restaurants around and fancied a change. The entertainment team were fantastic day and night especially Charlotte and Sergio, always involving everyone and having fun. The water carpet was favourite for our children. The main let down is lack of music around the pool area, I understand that there has been some complaints from surrounding properties however surely some low level music as back ground noise wouldn’t hurt as the pool area can be loud anyway with people having fun and children in the pool. Same of an evening the entertainment is all in doors but again some low level background music would be good for guests that want to sit outside. The location is fabulous, close to everything and just out the back gate to the beach/ bars/ restaurants by the mini golf. The gate does close at 11pm. On the day of checkout our room wasn’t available to keep on as we checked out in the evening which is to be expected in high season. We booked a slot to use the shower room to prepare for our journey home and used the luggage room which was great. The staff on the main desk were very helpful and were happy to book us a taxi for a trip to the water park.
Overall a pleasant stay and we would return.

We love this hotel so much. My son absolutely loves kids club and the activities. He loves Naiara, Jessica and Sergio. He’s become very fond of them all. Such a fun holiday!

ROOMS - Clean, good shower pressure and never went cold even after 4 of us using. PLEASE USE HAND TOWEL ON SHOWER FLOOR, INSIDE THE SHOWER as it can be slippery, especially for young children/elderly. Whilst we were there a child approx 2 years old cut his head open by slipping in the shower & ended up having stitches that night.

Beds are uncomfortable after 4-5 days started to hurt our backs... Double beds are singles pushed together. Air conditioning in rooms is great.

FOOD - Lots of choice but agree with others that the food is very bland. Be careful with chicken as sometimes not cooked through. POOL BAR the birds sit above the glass containers of food, so make sure you take only what's covered over, as lots of bird poo around. Again, be careful of undercooked chicken. Breakfast was 8am-10am (they do not let you in past 10am)! Pool bar was open approx 1 till 6pm-ish and restaurant in evenings I think was from 7pm. Croissants were lovely and so were the pancakes with Nutella... (Nutella runs out around 9.30-9.40 and they don't top it up unless you ask)!!

RESTAURANT - Staff are very quick to clear your plate, even if in the middle of eating or you leave to get up to get more food... Your plate probably will be gone by time your back at your table.

DRINKS - All inclusive you have the choice of approx 5 basic cocktails on the menu, most include vodka. Spirits are local, certain ones you need to pay extra for but if you ask for Bailey's (for example) you can get the local alternative included in your all inclusive to save paying - even though all the spirits included are not listed on the menu! Juices are at breakfast time only (tastes like cheap squash), pool bar/evening bar had different juice from a carton so might be nicer. The little ice cream pots are all inclusive, ice lollies need to pay for. Soft drinks all included.

STAFF - Some are friendly, some very moody. The restaurant staff work hard and some are talkative... The bar staff can be moody and not friendly at all.

The receptionist, Oscar, who is particularly working at night time, was extremely rude when checking us in and did not give us a good first impression of the hotel. We had been travelling for over 10 hours, by time we checked in at 1am our youngest children ages 1 & 2 were tired and miserable and Oscar shouted very loud Infront of other guests "SILENCE PLEASE!!!" At my babies. He continued to shout "SHHH!" And "BE QUIET!!" and seemed very angry... At the same time, another family who had just checked in were complaining about the corridor of their room smelling strongly of cannabis and demanding to change rooms, which he said he couldn't do and they had to come back in the morning. The family even commented how rude he was. Other times we needed to speak to him throughout our stay he was fine and polite, so maybe he was just having a bad day/night due to the complaints... Who knows.

LOCATION - Good location, the gate at the back of the swimming pool leads you straight out onto the beach front within a few minutes walk. Aldi and Lidl are approx a 10-15 mins walk in the opposite direction out of the front of the hotel. Very easy to follow on Google maps.

BARS/RESTAURANTS NEARBY - We went to the Jolly Star on the beachfront to watch the world cup games. Good cocktails and waiter was friendly. There was an English cafe/breakfast place if you walk to the right hand side of beach about 10 minutes up, on the corner. There's a Mc Donald's (good ice creams) just to the right hand side of the beach about 7 mins walk from the hotel. There are two hair braiding ladies working on the beach side just past the Mc Donald's also.

KIDS CLUB/KIDS AREA - Nyarah was lovely and my children warmed well to her, although the kids club was small and quiet. It seems to close if no children turn up and was only open 10-12 Tues-Sat. It's on the same floor as the reception. There was a very small park outside of there and a small (but bigger) park next to the kids pool which is down on level -1. Some wasps around one part only of the kids pool everyday so avoided that area.

POOLS - Beds get reserved very quickly in the mornings and everyone has a lilo/float in the pool. Lots of people leave these behind which 'live' on the wall near the kids pool, so don't worry about buying them! Lots of kids toys - buckets, spades etc also get left behind.

BUSES - There are regular buses from the bus stop near the beachfront which you can go to Santa Ponça, Magalluf etc... or the opposite side of the road take the bus to Puerto Portals. Just remember to tap your card as you get on the bus AND TAP AGAIN when you get off the bus (otherwise it will charge you for the whole bus journey, not just to where you stopped).

TRIPS - I highly recommend the private activity boat trip, we did 4 hours and booked via https://www.getyourguide.com/ from Portals Nous. It stopped at several different coves for swimming and activities.

OVERALL - Hotel is a good location base, although definitely not a 4 star hotel. We wouldn't stay here again, as we have stayed in much nicer hotels within this area (Globales Santa Lucia, although now adults only is approx 10 mins drive is a whole different level and MUCH nicer) but there were plenty of guests returning to Globales Palmanova after being there previous years so I guess it depends on what your looking for and happy with, also your price range.

We also found this area of Palmanova to be quieter, more relaxed and not as much going on as the other side of Palmanova.

We felt that this hotel was not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel.

There was a very unpleasant smell located on the reception floor, the pool was small and overcrowded (not enough sunbeds either), the food was ultraprocessed and honestly not very nice, the selection of drinks was poor and we had to pay extra for some drinks even while being all inclusive (yes this is not unusual but normally the drinks are of a higher standard), corridors were noisy and we did not feel the room was very clean specifically the bathroom.

Had we not been all inclusive and were self catering we may have not been as bothered as we felt the location of the hotel was ideal, it was not far from the beach, restaurants and bars as well as golf fantasia. However, the all inclusive was not worth it at all and we much preferred leaving the hotel.

Palmanova is a beautiful holiday destination great for couples, we highly recommend going to a hotel self catering/room only/ bed and breakfast and exploring the beautiful town. However, we do not reccomend Globales Palmanova and would not return.

pool area was small and had a lack of sunbeds for the amount of people in the hotel , the pool snack bar had a poor selection of food and wasn't very nice.
The bars had a very limited selection of drinks despite being 'all inclusive'
The hotel lifts were often temperamental and you would be waiting for quite some time for one to come .

We have just returned from a family holiday at Globales and two adults and two children 15/16 and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. In our opinion, this hotel is nowhere near four-star standard.

We are frequent travellers and always try to approach each holiday with an open mind. Over the years, we’ve stayed in many four-star and five-star resorts across different destinations, so we appreciate that not every hotel will offer the same level of luxury or finish. We weren’t expecting a premium experience, but we did expect the basic standards associated with a four-star all-inclusive hotel. Sadly, Globales fell well short of even those expectations.

From the moment we arrived, things got off to a poor start. Reception and the lower ground floor had an unpleasant smell. We arrived at 12:00 pm and were told check-in was from 2:00 pm, which was understandable. However, when we returned at 2:00 pm, our second room still wasn’t ready.

The bedrooms were extremely basic and in need of maintenance. The rooms were not soundproof at all, and we could clearly hear people in the corridors and neighbouring rooms throughout our stay. The air conditioning was very poor, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable.

There were several maintenance issues in the rooms, including mould in the shower tray and on the shower head, a sink plug that didn’t work, curtains that didn’t close properly allowing daylight into the room early every morning, and a broken fridge in one of the bedrooms. There were also various chipped and worn fixtures, giving the rooms a tired appearance.

Storage space was also very limited, making it difficult for a family to unpack properly during a nine-day stay. Surprisingly for a hotel claiming to be four-star, there was no iron or ironing board provided in the room. We had to pay a €27 deposit to borrow an iron from reception, with only €10 refunded when we returned it at the end of our stay. There were no ironing boards available at all- the iron itself was in poor condition, with a chipped soleplate and leaking water, making it unfit for purpose. Having to pay to use an iron in this condition is something we simply would not expect.

The restaurant was one of the biggest disappointments. During lunch, our daughter was served chicken wings that were raw inside. She reported this to a member of staff, who simply acknowledged that they were raw and unfit to eat, but took no further action.

Although the hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive, many things came at an extra cost. If you wanted anything other than the most basic drinks, such as an iced frappé instead of a standard coffee, you had to pay extra. There was only one pool bar serving drinks during the day, resulting in long queues, and guests were limited to ordering just one drink per person at a time. The plastic cups provided were old, worn and in need of replacement.

Another major disappointment was the lack of drinking water. At an all-inclusive hotel, we expected to be able to take bottled water back to our room, particularly in the evenings. This wasn’t available. We were even told that we couldn’t refill our own bottles from the water fountain in reception, leaving us with no option but to buy bottled water from local shops throughout our stay.

Before travelling, we asked about the possibility of a late check-out because we had an evening flight home. We were advised to ask again on the day of departure, only to be told there was absolutely no availability. We then asked whether we could at least use the communal shower/changing facilities before leaving for the airport. We were offered just a 10-minute slot for our family of four, four hours before we actually needed to leave, which was completely impractical.

Such was our disappointment with the food and drink offering that, after our initial experience, we chose not to eat or drink in the hotel again. For the remainder of our nine-day stay, we ate every breakfast, lunch and dinner away from the hotel and did not have a single drink in any of the bars. That completely defeats the purpose of booking and paying for an all-inclusive holiday.

Overall, this hotel fell well below our expectations in almost every area. Poor room standards, inadequate maintenance, unacceptable food safety, long queues, additional charges for drinks, lack of access to drinking water and poor customer service all contributed to what was a very disappointing holiday.

We will not be returning to Globales Palmanova, and based on this experience, we will not be booking another Globales hotel in Europe. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the standards that should come with a genuine four-star all-inclusive resort.

Lovely family stay here!

We arrived at the hotel on the 11th of July. We were located in room 111 and having not been to the hotel before, we had to ask the receptionist how to get to our room and what floors different things were located on.
Once we arrived in the room, it was clean and tidy. The room was a decent size and had good storage for everything. The rooms were cleaned each day and the cleaners were lovely and friendly. The air conditioning in the rooms worked really well, sometimes we even had to turn it up in an evening.

The pool is small and only had 4 lots of ladders that creaked and moved when used. The pool was a lovely temperature, cooling you down from the sun. The pool does say ‘no floats’, however the staff are not strict on this. Around the pool, there is no entertainment or music due to the locals making complaints. The entertainment staff did come to the sunbeds and ask people to join in with activities, however they took them to other locations not near the pool. There was no many umbrellas located around the pool area that worked well, this left many people laid in direct sunlight for hours each day. A few sunbeds were also broken around the pool and were left. There is not much room to move the sunbeds around or for people to walk around.

Upon arrival, we were given 2 tokens to take to the bar to get a drink. They were served in plastic cups that had to be taken back to the bar each time to get a fresh drink/cup. Alcohol and cocktails were served at the hotel, however they were the limited availability and own brands. On a few occasions I asked for a ‘tequila sunrise’ and the lady behind the bar did not put any alcohol in my drink.

The food was nice but limited. They did themed nights including Asian, English, Mexican and Spanish. Some of the food was cold but whenever a staff member was made aware, this was changed. During mealtimes, there was 2 drink stations at each end of the room where you could serve yourself drinks.

While we were at the hotel, we wanted to watch the England match. With the hotel being full of mostly English people, we asked if they would be showing the match and got told no, as the sports bar was only open until 11pm. Due to this, we went down to the seafront and found a bar to watch the football in. We were extremely disappointed with this as the World Cup is only on every 4 years. During the Spanish V France game, the sports bar was open, however the bar did not serve drinks. When we asked somebody what time the bar would be open, we were told ‘it’s always shut due to not being able to serve as they do not have pumps available’. When we raised this issue, we were told that there was a bar on -1 floor and that was open until 12 and we could go downstairs and carry the drinks upstairs ourselves.

The hotel is located close to the seafront and has lots of shops along the front. It is also close to the golf fantasia which is a very good option to do as a family.
There is a black gate around the pool area that can be used as quicker access to the beach and the sea front.

This hotel wouldn’t be our first choice if we was to visit again, however we wouldn’t avoid it!🙂

Lovely clean hotel,location was fantastic 5 mins from front...
Rooms were nice clean and comfortable
Asked for a low floor but got a 3rd floor room
Which was fine when all the lifts were working, but unfortunately for a good proportion of the holiday one was constantly breaking down.
So that meant all 6 floors were using one very small lift ....
So if like me had mobility issues it was a long wait every time .
Food was ok all be it cold on a few occasions, why oh why do all inclusive hotels be like this ....
One toaster at breakfast typical 3 times round to get a decent colour.
This caused queues of course .
Really needs another one adding
There was a bread warmer but that took ages too
Now to the pool situation.. small and not big enough id say for the hotel ...now I like to relax on holiday as everyone else does .. however over the years of traveling ive excepted the no lilos or floats rule that came in .
This hotel had that rule ... along with several other rules ....ALL WERE IGNORED,NOT ENFORCED either
So the life guard sat daily and allowed almost everyone to enter the pool with swim chairs lilos and at one stage even a swan 😅
Now dont get me wrong if its a massive pool fine .but this wasn't
So no chance of getting in for a swim to cool off unless you wanted to run the gauntlet of bashing through a line of lilos etc . Not to mention the steps entrance too where everyone thought ok to sit and congregate on them completely blocking any entrance to get in if you tried
People amaze me how they leave their manners at home.
This pool was far to small for this .
Then onto the groups of stags /hens
As this hotel is located not far from Magaluf 🤑 of course u would get the dreaded groups
Not to bad I have to say .. but yes pissed up most of day by the pool
Loud boom boxes allowed to play by the pool despite the signs ..
Then of course the inevitable the drinks in the pool situation
Right infront of the staff 🤷 so you actually wouldn't want to swim anyway .
Needless to say we ended up spending most the time on the beach paying for sunbeds .
Because the other bad thing this hotel needs to address straight away as urgent .. sun parasols!!!!!

So of course if like me u refuse to do the 8am rush to get the sunbeds ....and then piss off out all day and not use them situation as noted a few times ....YOU certainly ain't getting a parasol..due to no where near enough .. disgraceful for a Globales .
It's a shame also that the bar is a cashless bar forcing you to use a card , causing myself and many others I dare say charges from there cards .. this is unacceptable in a day where cash is legal tender .
All in all a disappointment in this Globales hotel.

Just got back from our stay at Globales Palma nova we really wanted to like this place as it cost us £3600 for 10 nights and was expecting a lot more! To be fair the rooms were quite nice with a decent tv and comfy beds.Going to the pool area now it was quite a nice space apart from the snack bar or as we called it the bird bar the food was like a constant bird feeding table the staff seemed to take great pleasure in not stopping the birds that were feasting on our bar snacks also what the hell was up with the bar staff absolute zero manners looked at us as like we were aliens!Over to the restaurant now in general the food in here was not that bad to be fair did become quite boring after a few days the drinks aren’t to bad either overall it was a average experience would like to come back but would have to improve quite a lot for the cost of it!

I stayed here for 5 days in mid June with a friend. The rooms were nice, clean and had a large and powerful shower. We went all inclusive and found the food and drinks to be very good. Lots of variety and tasty dishes. Salads, veg, fish, chicken, beef. Breakfast was really good too. There’s a snack bar by the pool with burgers and freshly made pizzas to help yourself to. The drinks were good too. We drank white wine, rose and gin & tonic. You can just help yourself to wine during meal times. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool area is nice and the location is fantastic for beach access and local restaurants and shops. The only downside to this holiday was a particularly nasty pool attendant who made it her mission in life to be rude to people using the pool. She made up random rules that changed on a daily basis. One day we were allowed lilos the next day not. She was so rude to a number of guests one day (what she said is not repeatable) that people complained. I understand she was sacked that day but with her poor attitude she probably shouldn’t have been hired in the first place. It did impact the holiday because she created such a negative environment around the pool. That said, now she’s gone I would go back to the hotel.
