service et entretien des bâtiments pas à la hauteur du bel endroit.

l'endroit et le bâtiment sont très beaux.

Cons:

le service et la propreté laissent à désirer. Nous sommes restés 2 jours. Notre chambre et le lit n'ont pas été faits : il parait que c'est à notre demande, à qui ? nous n'avons vu personne le matin en partant pour la journée ! Il est vrai que nous allons à l'hôtel pour que notre lit ne soit pas fait !! Nous aurions préféré que la réceptionniste s'excuse et nous dise qu'il s'agit d'un oubli plutôt que de tenter de nous vendre une ineptie pour le moins stupide. Dommage.

Mid week break
Pros:

Lovely rural chateau finished and decorated to a high standard.
Restaurant setting was very welcoming and the staff amazing. Food was definitely fine dining standard and the waiter took time to explain every course

Cons:

Limited room facilities, only one teabag, no ironing facilities - very minor points that I'm sure would have been easily addressed had we asked

Disappointed.
Pros:

Location and the grandeur of the building.

Cons:

1 The restaurant was not open, we knew this in advance, but we had expected that the bar would be and that there would be a bar menu. This was not the case. Nor was the local pizzeria they directed us to. We had to cycle 5 miles to find anywhere to eat. Closer restaurants, despite the internet saying they were open, were not. 2 One of the shutters on my room was missing, so birds had got in behind it and nested. The windowsill and bottom of the window had a large pile of guano. Since the nest was now empty, this must have been there for some time. It was a hot night and I'd have like to open the window but couldn't without the guano spilling in. 3 The TV remote didn't work. 4 The walk in shower cubicle couldn't cope with the overhead shower without flooding the floor. 5 The hotel was unstaffed after 7pm - no receptionist.

Cons:

אין בכלל שירותים המלון בימים שני ושלישי. אין אפילו אף אחד בקבלה לאחר שש בערב. המלון מרוחק כך שאין איפה לקנות אפילו כוס מים. ביום הראשון לא ניקו לנו את החדר. ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה מספיק טובה בשביל המחיר ובכלל מחיר החדר היה מעל ומעבר לתמורה שקיבלנו

hôtel de charme et au calme entouré d'un joli parc
Pros:

Le charme de cet hôtel et de son annexe. Le parc où il est agréable de se promener. Le petit pont au-dessus de la rivière pour se rendre à l'annexe. La qualité des chambres avec baignoire.

Cons:

Il n'est pas indiqué lors de la réservation sur Booking si la chambre se trouve dans l'établissement principal ou l'annexe.
L'incompréhension au départ lorsque la personne à l'accueil vous demande de régler la totalité du prix de la chambre, alors qu'elle a déjà été payé à Booking. Il a fallu retrouver et montrer la preuve du débit sur mon compte bancaire.

Bel hôtel
Pros:

Bel hôtel situé dans un jardin arboré. Bon accueil agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain très grande. Nous avons bénéficié d’un surclassement très apprécié.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y a pas la climatisation dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur. Nous avons eu un ventilateur sur pied un peu vieillot dont la grille ne se redressait pas.

Pros:

Place is amazing! The building and garden are even better than on the pictures. There is a possibility to take bicycles for free and ride around. Beds and pillows are comfortable
We’ve booked dinner at the restaurant and it was nice as well

Cons:

There was 35 degrees and absence of air conditioner was strongly felt. There is a good fan in the room, but it doesn’t give much when it is 28 in the room.
Breakfast was till 10:30, but when we came at 9:30, croissants have already finished and when we’ve asked for additional ones, we’ve been told that there will be none.
