Pace e confort
Pros:

Struttura incantevole circondata dalla bellezza bucolica, a brevissima distanza da Giverny. Stanza ampia, pulita e ben arredata. Staff cortese e super disponibile.

Traumhafte Tage in diesem Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist herrlich in einem Park gelegen. Kommt man auf das Gelände, fällt der Blick sofort auf das wunderschöne Haus. Unser Zimmer war in einem schönen Nebengebäude. Eine tolle Unterkunft. Das Essen im Restaurant ist exklusiver und dementsprechend sind auch die Preise. Jedoch angemessen. Das Restaurant und der Frühstücksbereich sind toll eingerichtet. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

L'emplacement et le cadre

Cons:

Personnel désagréable et au téléphone et en réalité puis facturation exagéré sans réel contrôle ( PDJ facture alors que nous avons signaler ne pas avoir pris de PDJ) café à 5€ le bonjour est très difficile pour le personnel.
Et pour finir pas de clim en plein été c'est compliqué.

Mooie gevel, ontvangst gebouw en tuin.

Cons:

Bij ontvangst sprak de receptie helaas geen Engels. Dit kan natuurlijk gebeuren we zijn uiteraard in Frankrijk. Maar om te gaan zuchten en om met een ander te gaan bellen was redelijk onbeleefd. Daarnaast was de spa en het restaurant helaas gesloten. We hadden mede voor het restaurant voor deze locatie gekozen.

Ook was het terras of een andere buiten locatie niet goed aanwezig om even te zitten.. niet zoals de foto.

Ook was er op de kamer een riool lucht en schimmel in de badkamer.

l'endroit et le bâtiment sont très beaux.

Cons:

le service et la propreté laissent à désirer. Nous sommes restés 2 jours. Notre chambre et le lit n'ont pas été faits : il parait que c'est à notre demande, à qui ? nous n'avons vu personne le matin en partant pour la journée ! Il est vrai que nous allons à l'hôtel pour que notre lit ne soit pas fait !! Nous aurions préféré que la réceptionniste s'excuse et nous dise qu'il s'agit d'un oubli plutôt que de tenter de nous vendre une ineptie pour le moins stupide. Dommage.
