Trotz freundlicher Reaktion des Personals konnten die erheblichen Mängel nicht behoben werden – für den Preis entsprach

Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und ist uns nach unserer Reklamation entgegengekommen. Nachdem wir erhebliche Mängel festgestellt und ein Video einer Grille im Zimmer gezeigt hatten, wurde uns ein Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht.

Cons:

Leider überwogen die negativen Eindrücke deutlich. Bereits beim Betreten des ersten Zimmers fiel ein starker Rauchgeruch auf, der auch nach dem Zimmerwechsel weiterhin vorhanden war – nach unserem Empfinden sogar noch intensiver. Im ersten Zimmer befand sich zudem eine Grille in bzw. an der Wand, die dauerhaft Geräusche verursachte und die wir per Video dokumentiert haben. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, sodass trotz geschlossenem Fenster der Straßenlärm deutlich zu hören ist. Die Flure waren stark verschmutzt und mit zahlreichen Flecken übersät. Auch die Umgebung des Hotels wirkte ungepflegt und vermittelte uns kein Sicherheitsgefühl. Aufgrund der Gesamtsituation haben wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet und auf eigene Kosten eine andere Unterkunft gebucht.
