Piu' che un soggiorno, un ritrovo tra amici
Pros:

Personale accogliente e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, camere pulite e dall'arredamento minimalista che con i suoi bianchi e colori non potrebbe richiamare meglio l'aria di mare. Buffet colazione per tutti i gusti, dolce e salato con vasto assortimento di torte fatte in casa e frittatine o paste sfoglie con verdure per chi predilige il salato.

Great location and very friendly staff
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff, always cheerful and helpful. They even provided an iron when we needed one.

The location is great - very close to the beach, seafront promenade and lots of restaurants. The bus stop is nearby, and bus 11 is very convenient for getting to Rimini and also to the train station/Hotel Napoleon for the shuttle bus to San Marino.

We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The hotel also has an arrangement with Tortuga Beach, where you can get a sun lounger for €25 and receive a discount on food.

And a special mention for Pippo, the hotel dog - he is absolutely lovely and definitely adds to the atmosphere!

Worth the money!
Pros:

The best staff, very helpful, friendly, always there to help and recommend best spots in the city. Great location, near the sea. Big plus you can ride a bike for free!

Cons:

The property is near the railway so you can hear the noises from it, but it didn’t disturb that much. Small rooms, a little bit darker and gloomier than the pictures, maybe because in summer the windows are closed to protect from the sun/heat.
