Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa

Loved this hotel, The hotel is located just 2 mins from Train Street. Check in was quick and staff are very informant on all the hotel has to offer and restaurants and sites in the area. The room we received looked onto the main street but you could not hear a sound as the rooms are very well sound insulated. The room was big and the bed comfy. The swimming pool is 7 floors up and looks onto the main street, Breakfast is excellent and also dinner. We had eaten twice in the hotel for dinner and the dishes are some of the best we had in Vietnam. Would love to come back to this Hotel.

We chanced upon this gem of a hotel while strolling around looking for a place to stay. It is a very beautiful little hotel with great vibes! It has a lovely restaurant which serves a great daily breakfast and some lovely meals, the kitchen is very clean so you can dine with peace of mind. Staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. Ms. Laura was our main contact but all the staff were very professional and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return to this hotel on our future visits.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at the end of April at Aira, having postponed our trip in March due to the Middle East conflict. In that regard both Anna and Jane were super efficient helping to rebook and organise pick up from the airport. We booked a Deluxe Double Room at the rear of the hotel so had no road noise at all. We were very happy with the room and bed was comfortable, air con great and we always slept well. Breakfast was great and staff were so efficient, attentive and friendly - as were every single staff member in the hotel. If we needed anything they were on it, We did use the pool, but just to cool off after a busy day in the heat. Its not large, and just a few loungers, but it served its purpose for us + there was a small gym. The hotel was very clean and we felt. We mostly walked to experience and navigate the surroundings, and life in Hanoi and to develop our crossing road skills (we are c70). We liked the hotel location, and used extremely cheap and efficient GRAB taxi many times often to return from the lake area or more distant places or it was too hot. Suzi, Thomas, Ting, Tom, Ivy, Emily, Drake, Daniel and so many more we thank you for making our stay wonderful. We would highly recommend Aira in Hanoi. If we return to Hanoi this is the place to stay for us. Thank you.

This hotel was 10/10 its stunning decor the wonderful staff, location to train street and the amenities. The food at breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone the restaurant also was fantastic. We also enjoyed some drinks up at the sky bar and loved chatting to the workers there. The only negative i would say was the pool was a little too cold and a small area if busy.
If we return to Hanoi again one day we would definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Great location 2 mins walk to train street, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, double glass doors on balcony blocked out all the noise, breakfast was a nice range to choose from and the service attendants were friendly and helpful. The attendant at sky bar spoke very good English and was happy to have a chat whilst we had a few drinks. Great value for money and would highly recommend your stay there!

Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Short walk to train street, shopping, beer street and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

This hotel is fantastic, very clean and lovely rooms. The staff at breakfast especially Ivy were amazing and Lara at reception was terrific
The roof top bar is great we ate there twice and everything was lovely

After been travelling for 18 hours. Sometimes you just need a little piece of quietness and cleanliness. The Aira boutique hotel was both, accommodating an early access to our room. Staff being at their absolute best all times. About 400m from train street, so not in the main hustle and bustle but close enough.

We had a fantastic stay at Aira!!! The room and location were perfect, the pool was amazing, restaurant and bar were so convenient, and above all, the staff was fantastic! So friendly, accommodating and happy! From check in to check out, 10/10! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Aira!!

Friendly staff, rooms with very comfortable beds, great breakfast and walkable to anything in Old Quarter. All acceptable. Real coffee in the bedrooms would be even better!

Absolutely out of the world service from the front desk, restaurant and all staff. I cannot emphasize how lovely this hotel is. A great location, too. I am going to miss the staff, l wish the USA could get it's act together and learn from these wonderful people and how to provide impeccable service without expecting a 20% tip for mediocre service. Get your act together, America!

Excellent, friendly service with good food

Stayed here for 4 nights on our first trip to Vietnam. We spent weeks looking at reviews to try and find the perfect hotel and we struck gold with the Aira. Everything was perfect from the first email to the last goodbye. They arranged for us to be collected at the airport in a beautiful car, so reassuring to step off a plane and see a smiling face holding a card with your name on it.

Every member of staff was so so friendly and you could tell they really loved their job. The hotel is beautiful and feels and looks very high end. It's also in a great location and so close to all the main sites. Our room was lovely and the perfect size for the 2 of us.

Breakfast was the best I have ever seen with a huge (and I mean huge) buffet selection but also amazing things cooked to order. Again the restaurant staff and roof top bar team, were so friendly and made us feel welcomed.

We will definitely come back to Hanoi and will 100% be staying here.

Staying at AIRA Hanoi was a great experience. The location was walking distance to many of the must see sights in the old quarter.

The staff were phenomenal. Going so far as to help us with a dinner reservation outside of the hotel, a take out dinner order, organized a laundry service and helped us figure out the AC in the room.

We would definitely stay here again if we return to Vietnam!

Very polites staff and very clean aswell as an overall great atmosphere.

Our first time in Vietnam and this hotel got us off to the best possible start. The room was excellent, quiet and great value for such a good location (just a 5 minute stroll down to Train Street). The hotel is on quite a busy road, but once you step inside, peace and quiet takes over. The staff were excellent on reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast is excellent and we ate in the restaurant too which has a lovely atmosphere and is well patronised even though there are plenty of alternatives in the nearby Old Quarter. Other features - a very attractive rooftop bar area and an outdoor swimming pool on the 7th floor.

We had an amazing stay at the AIRA hotel in Hanoi, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with anything and everything we needed. The rooms are spotless, super comfortable and the location of the Hotel is perfect.
