Fantastic hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Great decor, stylish rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff bending over backwards to help with everything , even when we came back from a trip to Halong Bay and had to kill a couple hours before going to airport they offered we could come back there and they watched over our luggage while we went out and could even take a shower when getting back. We had a family room which was very decent size and had great beds.

Tony and Drake were amazing, honestly what can i say. They were attentive to all my needs friendly and overly helpful. Genuinely don’t have a bad word to say at all.

Our stay at Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home.
The hotel is beautifully presented, with spacious, immaculately clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent facilities. Its location is perfect, close enough to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter, Hoàn Kiếm Lake, and many of the city's attractions, while still offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing.
The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious Vietnamese and Western options. We also dined at the hotel's Essence Restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we had during our time in Vietnam. The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional.
What truly sets Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa apart is its incredible staff. Christina and Tom and Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed made all the difference.
Thank you to everyone at Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa for making our time in Hanoi so special. We leave with wonderful memories and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, you won't be disappointed!

I admit I was a little skeptical at first staying a small boutique hotel as I am a Hyatt globalist and Bonvoy lifetime platinum member.
The hotel and rooms had such charm, the location was perfect in that you’re not in the middle of the French quarter but still so close to everything. I was also nervous that it would be loud with all the honking and street commotion but it was quiet in the rooms.
I booked separate rooms for my son and I and the hotel was so nice to upgrade us for both.
I would like to really call out all the wonderful employees who made this such a wonderful stay. The front desk staff, Ting, Yen, Susie and Christine. Those in the restaurant Sunny and Nora and the bellhop Johnny.
I felt they went above and beyond to make us so comfortable in a foreign country. We broke up our stay to go to Sapa for 2 nights and felt more than comfortable to leave our bags with them. When we got back for one more night everyone was so happy to see us return and greeted us so warmly.
I would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you’re looking to stay in the French quarter of Hanoi. Thank you guys!

We loved our stay at Aira Boutique. Staff were extremely attentive and warm. Breakfast each morning was delicious. We also loved the pool to have a dip in to break up the hot weather. Highly recommend staying here.

Incredible hotel. Rooms is gorgeous, staff is beyond kind, and location is amazing (especially love the park nearby). I will be booking this same hotel next time I come to Hanoi. Big plus for the rooftop bar and the pool!

Beautiful hotel, top class service and a restaurant with the most amazing Vietnamese food. All of that on walking distance from the old quarter, including the absolute must see “train street”. This place has felt like home from the moment we walked in, not the least because of the professionalism and commitment from the staff. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is WONDERFUL!!! All you can ask for is provided. GREAT air conditioned rooms with the best bedding, delicious and freshly made to order foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a variety of relaxing spa treatments and are in the perfect location right near Train Street and other hot spots. And if you want to work out a bit, there is a small gym area right off the pool overlooking the city. Finally, however not least of course, they provide incredible customer service starting from the moment you walk in ——to sadly when you have to eventually leave. They have it all! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is truly one of a kind! To anyone reading this— DO NOT MISS OUT on staying at this amazing hotel and/or going to their spa or restaurant!!! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is the absolute best!!! Loved this hotel, The hotel is located just 2 mins from Train Street. Check in was quick and staff are very informant on all the hotel has to offer and restaurants and sites in the area. The room we received looked onto the main street but you could not hear a sound as the rooms are very well sound insulated. The room was big and the bed comfy. The swimming pool is 7 floors up and looks onto the main street, Breakfast is excellent and also dinner. We had eaten twice in the hotel for dinner and the dishes are some of the best we had in Vietnam. Would love to come back to this Hotel.

We chanced upon this gem of a hotel while strolling around looking for a place to stay. It is a very beautiful little hotel with great vibes! It has a lovely restaurant which serves a great daily breakfast and some lovely meals, the kitchen is very clean so you can dine with peace of mind. Staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. Ms. Laura was our main contact but all the staff were very professional and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return to this hotel on our future visits.

My wife and I spent 6 nights at the end of April at Aira, having postponed our trip in March due to the Middle East conflict. In that regard both Anna and Jane were super efficient helping to rebook and organise pick up from the airport. We booked a Deluxe Double Room at the rear of the hotel so had no road noise at all. We were very happy with the room and bed was comfortable, air con great and we always slept well. Breakfast was great and staff were so efficient, attentive and friendly - as were every single staff member in the hotel. If we needed anything they were on it, We did use the pool, but just to cool off after a busy day in the heat. Its not large, and just a few loungers, but it served its purpose for us + there was a small gym. The hotel was very clean and we felt. We mostly walked to experience and navigate the surroundings, and life in Hanoi and to develop our crossing road skills (we are c70). We liked the hotel location, and used extremely cheap and efficient GRAB taxi many times often to return from the lake area or more distant places or it was too hot. Suzi, Thomas, Ting, Tom, Ivy, Emily, Drake, Daniel and so many more we thank you for making our stay wonderful. We would highly recommend Aira in Hanoi. If we return to Hanoi this is the place to stay for us. Thank you.

This hotel was 10/10 its stunning decor the wonderful staff, location to train street and the amenities. The food at breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone the restaurant also was fantastic. We also enjoyed some drinks up at the sky bar and loved chatting to the workers there. The only negative i would say was the pool was a little too cold and a small area if busy.
If we return to Hanoi again one day we would definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Great location 2 mins walk to train street, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, double glass doors on balcony blocked out all the noise, breakfast was a nice range to choose from and the service attendants were friendly and helpful. The attendant at sky bar spoke very good English and was happy to have a chat whilst we had a few drinks. Great value for money and would highly recommend your stay there!
