Chambre triple à un prix correct. Possibilité de récupérer la chambre tôt et réceptionniste sympa.

Cons:

Saleté, il y avait des tas de poussière et même des restes de gâteau sous le lit ! Le deuxième jour les draps ont été tirés mais les restes étaient encore là, aucun coup d'aspirateur sous le lit. Le meuble de salle de bain était explosé et dessous il y avait une énorme tâche de moisissure ! Et le quartier ....

Budget hotel, you are basically paying for location, avoid it on hot season
Pros:

Great location, within 4 min walk to Gare Du Nord (eurostar, rer, metro, bus stops).

You have near grocery stores (a carrefour express is just cross the street) restaurants, bakeries, etc at decent prices.

Cons:

No A/C during heatwave they provide us a fan but was not enough, temperature inside the room was at least 3 or 4 degrees more than outside (35 or more). Bathroom was always too hot and was very small but with a shower that could have seen better days.

Stayed 4 nights, room seems clean however we got all bed bugs bites since day one and got no so pleasent sleep, in top of that we have to keep the window open per the heat, As its near a transportation terminal its very noisy.

The streets near the hotel might give you the impression that are little bit insecure.

A éviter en cas de canicule: pas de climatisation et ventilateur très bruyant.
Cage d'escalier sale donnant une mauvaise impression à l’arrivée.

Pequeña y sin aire acondicionado
Pros:

La ubicación no estaba mal del todo para el objetivo de nuestro viaje.

Cons:

Habitación minúscula y baño más pequeño todavía.
No tiene aire acondicionado y eso paso factura con la ola de calor.

A priori je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cet hôtel

Pas pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel

Cons:

Douche en très mauvais état
Matelas du lit de mauvaise qualité
Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre sur un boulevard très passant toute la nuit
