Pros:

Emplacement à 50 mètres gare du nord comme je le souhaitais.
Personnel très gentil.
Lit confortable.
La chambre était grande
Personnel présent 24h sur 24h.
Ascenseur minuscule mais a le mérite d'être là.

Cons:

Malheureusement la propreté : toilettes, baignoire, lavabo, j'ai acheté des lingettes ménage pour nettoyer, c'était sale.
Problèmes avec la chasse d'eau, elle fonctionnait très mal, je l'ai signalé, le personnel très gentil est monté voir.
Après plusieurs heures sans être utilisée pendant que nous étions sortis, elle a fonctionné une fois.
Puis ça a recommencé.
Le frigo était également sale, je l'ouvre et je le vois de suite.
Je n'ai pas osé l'utiliser, je ne voulais pas le nettoyer.
Donc sur deux nuits ce fut un gros souci.
Les draps étaient jaunis.
Il faisait également très chaud en ce mois de juillet, je savais qu'il n'y avait pas la clim, donc je ne peux rien dire mais je tiens quand même à le signaler, nous avions un ventilateur.

Pros:

Le personnel était très accueillant malgré notre arrivée tardive. L’emplacement est top, et un très bon qualité prix (ascenseurs, accessibilité…). Petit point bonus pour le ventilateur!

Cons:

Pros:

Location is 5 min walk from Gare Du Nord, we were only in Paris for 1 night so it was ideal. The room was clean. We were able to leave bags for a few hours after check out without it incurring an extra charge.

2 éjszakára megfelelt, de hosszabb tartozkodásra másikat keresnék.
Pros:

Semmilyen étkezési lehetőséget nem kínálnak, de a környéken rengeteg vendéglátó egység található mindenféle kategóriában. A környék forgalmas, nyüzsgő, zajos, de csukott ablaknál elviselhető. Nekünk a legfontosabb szempont a Gare du Nord közelsége volt, amit 10 perc sétával el is tudtunk érni. Nagyra értékeltem, hogy a kijelentkezés után a csomagjainkat egy elkülönített helységben néhány órára ott tudtuk hagyni, mert a vonatunk csak délután indult tovább és addig is sétálhattunk a városban..

Cons:

Eléggé szegényes, elavult, igénytelen a szoba berendezése, és egy alaposabb nagytakarítás is ráférne.
