Amazing experience
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staffs are courteous. Room is beautiful with excellent view. Kids loved the pool. Wish we could stay a bit longer.

Rundum herausragend gut.
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, großes Zimmer mit Balkon, Schwimmbad mit Saunen sowie viele kleine Zusatzangebote.

Pros:

החדר הראשון שקיבלנו לא ניתן לצאת למרפסת בגלל רעש המנועים של הספא ביקשנו ומיד העבירו אותנו לחדר שקט גדול יותר ומרווח

Pros:

Очень мило, в номере свежий живой цветок, конфетки. В лобби яблочки. Персонал очень дружелюбный! Рекомендую ужин в отеле, вкусные блюда с красивой подачей, почти fine dining. Ужин сервируется в тихом дворике отеля, летом приятно сидеть на открытом воздухе и, наслаждаясь пением птичек, трапезничать. В отеле царит атмосфера умиротворения, идеальная для отпуска.

Cons:

Кондиционера нет, но несмотря на приличную жару, а мы попали в +34С днём, ночью было нормально спать с открытыми настежь балконными дверями.

Nichtraucher sollten ein anderes Hotel buchen, meiner Meinung nach
Cons:

Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, leider hat man uns nicht informiert, dass das Rauchen auf den Balkons in diesem Hotel erlaubt ist. Unter unserem Zimmer rauchte ein Gast eine Zigarre nach der anderen, wir mussten die Fenster und Tur schliessen und mit unseren Kindern das Zimmer verlassen, da das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat und sim Zimmer sehr warm war. Leider hat uns niemand vom Personal geholfen. Sehr schlechtes Fruhstuck. Die Lebensmittel liegen offen zugänglich fur Fliegen, weder unter Abdeckungen noch in Lebensmitellbehaltern.

Ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Hotel ist super gelegen. Nahe dem Zentrum und auch vom Bahnhof zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet! Sehr schönes Hallenbad.
Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

An diesen Urlaub werden wir uns noch lange erinnern.
Pros:

Der Ausblick von dem Balkon direkt auf die Berge war sehr schön. Zudem war das Personal sehr nett.
Den Pool und die Sauna war vor allem bei dem warmen Wetter total praktisch.

Cons:

Leider war die vegane Auswahl nicht sonderlich gut. :(
