Booking．comを使い始めてから、初めて1をつけます。私はこのホテルで犯罪者扱いをされました。チェックインの時に、「現金か銀行振込で」と言われたので、振込を選択し、送金証明書を送りました。
ヨーロッパの銀行にはよくあることですが、送金が遅れたそうで、チェックアウトの時にまだ届いていませんでした。すでに送金証明書は見せていたのですが「これは偽造かもしれない。現金で払って欲しい。入金されたら返金する」と二重払いを求められました。Booking.comを巡る詐欺が増えているので断ると、「銀行から直接ホテルのメールアドレスに送金証明書を送って欲しい」と言われました。EUにはGDPRという法律があり、そんなことは出来ません。このホテルはこんな基礎的な個人情報保護の制度も知りませんでした。結局、メールで銀行から取り寄せた送金証明書を転送して、二重払いは免れましたが、私の銀行はすでに送金していたので、問題は送金途中のシステムにありました。私は旅行中の多くの時間をこのトラブルの対応に費やしましたし、「これは偽造かもしれない」と言われたのは大変ショックでした。だいたい、送金の遅れなどは普通にあるわけで、後日お金が届いた連絡がありましたが、特に謝罪はありませんでした。Booking．comではGeniusなので客としては上級に位置しています。にもかかわらず、客を犯罪者扱いしたこのホテルは全くおすすめしません。経営者には真摯な謝罪を求めます。
As is common with European banks, the transfer was delayed, and it hadn't arrived by check-out. Although I had already shown them the proof of payment, they demanded a double payment, saying, "This might be a fake. Please pay in cash. We'll refund you once the money is received." Because of the increasing number of scams surrounding Booking.com, I refused, and they asked me to have the bank send the proof of payment directly to the hotel's email address. The EU has a law called GDPR, so that's impossible. This hotel was unaware of even such basic personal data protection regulations. Ultimately, I avoided double payment by forwarding the proof of payment obtained from my bank via email to this hotel. My bank had already sent the money, so the problem lay in the system during the transfer. I spent a lot of my travel time dealing with this trouble, and being told "Who can approve what its not fake? “ was extremely shocking. Generally speaking, delays in bank transfers are common, and I am also a victim. I later received notification that the money had been received, but there was no apology. As a Genius member on Booking.com, I am considered a high-class customer. Despite this, this hotel didn’t trust me. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel for treating a customer like a criminal.

Labiausiai patiko vieta, vaizdas pro langą, kambario dydis, ir tai, kad buvo viskas, ko labiausiai reikia patogiam pasibuvimui, puikus personalas, malonus aptarnavimas. Gera kaina

Gal kiek trūko tvarkos. Kambarys tvstkingas, bet už fotelio nevalyta, taip pat trūko vienos paklodės. Vonioje būtų gerai užuolaidėlė, nes maudantis labai prisitaško visas vonios kambarys.
