Готель знаходився на набережній, не далеко від парковки. В готелі надають можливість скористатися паркінгом безкоштовна на період проживання. Сніданок був чудовий, персонал привітний і робив усе, щоб було комфортно відпочиваючим. Номер чистий і є все необхідне

Cons:

Цей готель ми обрали для святкування 18 річчя народження нашої доньки на озері Гарда. Але спілкування з хазяйкою готелю викликало масу неприємних емоцій. Так сталося, що коли ми прийшли на рецепції нікого не було. Ми подзвонили у дзвінок для виклику рецепціоніста. Ніхто не прийшов, ми стояли і чекали. Тут побачили поважну жіночку, яка розмовляла з покоївкою. Як вони закінчили спитали її чи є хтось на рецепції. І тут почалося - в нашу адресу ми почули масу негативу, що ми невиховані і якщо нам щось тут не подобається ми можемо розвертатися та іти геть. Шукати собі готель 5 зірок і там питати сервіс 24/7. При тому ,що ми приїхали вдень в 11.15. Настрій був зіпсований, донька чуть не плакала. Но ми залишились. Нам видали талон на безкоштовну парковку , але не розказали як їм скористатися . (Треба його реєструвати перед заїздом в паркінг в кіоску сервіса навпроти паркінга). Від хозяйки готелю ми точно не очікували такого відношення до клієнтів. Мабуть поважний вік тому причина. 3М

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See,Zimmer mit Seeblick.

Der Ort ist etwas überlaufen,was aber nichts mit dem hotel zu tun hat. Ein bisschen Massen Abfertigung.

der transport des gepäcks vom parkhaus zum hotel mit shuttle hat gefehlt, 2024 war es noch möglich, das ist schlecht, sehr schlecht
