L'accueil du personnel top, l'agent d'accueil a fait l'effort de parler français, et en plus adorable, avec des conseils pour aller dans le centre de Florence.
Le p'tit déj raccord avec bb hotel
Loin du centre, vraiment loin et la gare pas si proche. Piscine annoncée, c'était une marre à canards. Des travaux dans le hall, pas très pratiques ni glamour. Et la sonorité dans les chambres laisse a désirer, la première nuit sur trois, j'ai cru que ma compagne ronflait, non c'était le voisin de chambre mdr.... Bref pas sûr d'y revenir. La prochaine fois je me rapprocherai du centre de Florence, malgré je le répète la gentillesse du personnel.
