Molto buono il livello di pulizia della stanza, del bagno e della biancheria. Personale molto attento e gentile, nonché disponibile a fornire indicazioni e venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Colazione ottima e varia, sia dolce che salata, con croissant buonissimi. Bagno nuovo con una comoda doccia. Stanza molto più ampia rispetto alla media

Cons:

L'arredamento della stanza mancava di uno specchio a figura intera e di armadio o appendiabiti. In realtà c'era una piccola cabina armadio ma inutilizzabile perché occupata dal frigobar. La stanza aveva una finestra con affaccio interno (in un cavedio) priva di zanzariera e poi aveva dei finestroni in alto le cui tende oscuranti non sono riuscita a chiudere. I cuscini non erano comodi, erano di quelli duri e sottili.

wij verblijven hier opnieuw als we terugkomen naar Genua !

locatie in Via Balbi was zeer goed, vlak bij centrum en vlak bij treinstation Piazza Principe en busstation, kamer was prima en sfeervol, rustig 's nachts, goed ontbijt

posizione molto comoda alla stazione di Porta Principe, e alle maggiori attrazioni della città

Cons:

la stanza assegnata contigua ad una zona di servizio , con inizio di rumori alle 6.30 . La struttura inoltre manca di ascensore, dettaglio che mi era sfuggito
