Ideal location for beach and town with parking. Room OK, breakfast adequate. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Wonderful location with parking. Reception staff kindly reserved a space outside entrance as my husband currently using crutches. We were also given ground floor room.

Cons:

Building is in need of a update. The bar area is scruffy and dirty along skirting.

Perfect. As the weather wasn’t good it was a tiny bit cool but they did turn the radiators on.
Pros:

The view from the dining area was perfect. The breakfast was perfect, very well organised in terms of booking and timings. Breakfast came out very quickly. My room was cozy and very comfortable. I couldn’t do better. I slept like a log. Parking absolutely perfect.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like. The staff were excellent and friendly on every level. A perfect team and seemed perfectly in tune with one another.

A wonderful break in a great location. Everything in a short walking distance
Pros:

Warm welcome. Full explanation of facilities and nearby recommended restaurants some offering guests 10% discount on total bill. Breakfast good and served in a lovely room with sea views.

Pros:

Fantastic location overlooking a beautiful beach. The dining room and bedrooms have lovely views of the beach and coastline. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked a residents lounge or somewhere with comfortable chairs to sit and relax.
