Es war ein rundum wunderschöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Es waren rundum schöne Tage im Alpin Resort Sacher. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern und im ganzen Haus ist wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Das Spa ist großartig, vor allem der Naturbadesee. Was das Alpin Resort Sacher aber so besonders macht, ist das Personal. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr, sehr herzlich und bemüht sich, alle Wünsche möglich zu machen – bei der Ankunft erhielt ich sogar eine Führung durch das Haus, sodass ich mich auch gleich überall auskannte und nichts mehr suchen musste. Auch im Restaurant "Der Max" ist der Service außergewöhnlich. Ich wurde jeden Tag sehr herzlich und mit meinem Namen begrüßt. Besonders toll fand ich auch, dass die Gastgeberin, Frau Gürtler, jeden Abend persönlich an allen Tischen nachgefragt hat, ob alles gut sei. Insgesamt eine sehr familiäre und angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre, in der man gut zur Ruhe kommen kann. Das Essen ist hervorragend vom wunderbaren Frühstücksbuffet, das keinen Wunsch offen lässt, über das Kuchenbuffet am Nachmittag, die Snacks an der Poolbar und den Abschluss des Tages mit dem Sechs-Gänge-Menü. Ich danke sehr herzlich für diese schöne Auszeit – ich komme wieder!

When moving to our room we've been told that the construction in front (in the property) wouldn't be continued. There was however daytime construction work all time throughout our stay.

Erg goed voor elkaar en daar betaal je dan ook voor.
Pros:

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je wordt herkend, onthouden en als gewaardeerde gast behandeld. Echt top!

Cons:

Zelf over het hoofd gezien bij het maken van de boeking maar het ontbreken van airconditioning op een deel van de kamers is mi niet de juiste beslissing. Slapen werd daardoor niet comfortabel.

Fotky ze stavby jsme vám již zaslali, ale jinak - Hotel byl překrásný, spa úžasné, restaurace, co se týče kvality jídla

1) Když jsme přijeli, tak nás v recepci chtěli ubytovat o kategorii níž tzn. v pokojích standard bez balkonu s tim, ze pokoje de Luxe s balkonem již nemají (přitom jsme přijeli včas, ve 13,30, dokonce dřív, neboť check in je od 15 hod.).Po hodinovém dohadování nám neochotně přidělili apartmány Junior. Bylo velké štěstí, že jsme měli od vas vybaveni de Luxe pokojů 🙏, jinak by se s námi vůbec nebavili ( jsme pro ne východní sektor).
2) cely náš pobyt byl v celém hotelu nepřiměřený hluk díky stavbě, která byla v plném proudu. ( My jsme měli apartmány přímo nad stavbou. )
Rano jsme museli v 6 hod. zavírat balkonové okno, protože začínali pracovat s pilami, vrtačkami, prováděli celodenní provádění asfaltových hydroizolací teras, takže ovzduší bylo plné výparů dehtu, a v tom horku, které panovalo, to bylo nepředstavitelné, pozdeji, kolem 9 hod. se přidal i bagr, bourací kladivo, kterým bourali skálu atd. V úterý, ve středu a částečně ve čtvrtek, kdy podle nich bylo v hotelu nejméně lidi, pracovali až do 19 hod.

Fantasy, Whimsy and Elegance
Pros:

The Alpin Sacher is beautifully unique --- total fantasy, whimsy and elegance. Just walking through the hotel makes me smile. The guest rooms are beautifully decorated and have magnificent views. In the Sacher tradition, service is outstanding. Of particular note was the breakfast and kitchen staff that went way beyond our exceptions to assure that our favorites were available. I look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful resort with a few spa disappointments
Pros:

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Alpin Resort Sacher and would recommend the hotel. The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the property. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved the little touches like the herbal teas, snacks, and cake hour.

The wellness activities were also excellent. Markus, the water aerobics instructor, was amazing — energetic, kind, and made the class really enjoyable. I also had a great massage with Ava, who was wonderful.

There were a few things I did not love. The tea was served in plastic cups, which felt out of place for a hotel of this level. I also wish the sauna opened earlier in the day; it rarely seemed to be available at 11, which was disappointing for guests who enjoy using the spa in the morning.

My biggest disappointment was the Augustinus Bader facial. It was supposed to be 70 minutes, but it felt closer to 50 minutes at most. The treatment itself was extremely basic and did not feel luxurious or worth the price. I was very disappointed and would not recommend booking facials at the spa — for me, it felt like a waste of money.

One unusual design detail was that the bidet was in a separate room from the toilet, which felt a bit odd.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel for the setting, pool, staff, food touches, and wellness atmosphere — but I would skip the facials at the spa.
