Lovely stay!
Pros:

We had a great time at Pakat Suites: spacious apartment with a lovely terrace in a quiet and nice neighborhood, close to the Upper Belvedere, 10 minutes away from the Hauptbanhof and 15 minutes from Karlplatz.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, easy communication also before out arrival.

Wszystko było idealne. Obsługa świetna, bardzo sympatyczni, młidzi ludzie. Apartament spełnial wszystkie kryteria komfortu. Bardzo duża łazienka z kabiną prysznicową i wanna. Wygodne łóżko. Duża lodówka, miejsce wydzielone na kuchnię małe,ale sprawdzało się. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Spore pomieszczenie typu garderoba z miejscami na walizki. Balkon z stolikiem i 2 krzesełkami na którym można było wypić kawę. Na parterze pralnia, z deska i żelazkiem.Gdy popsuła się nam klimatyzacja to zaraz po zgłoszeniu problemu zosrala naprawiona,a dodatkowo w ramach rekompensaty dostaliśmy butelkę dobrego szampana. Garaz podziemny bardzo wygodny,szeroki, bezproblemowy wjazd i wyjazd. Połozenie apartamentu w swietnym miejscu, blisko przystanek tramwajowy i wejscie do przepięknego parku Belvedere. Obok tez kilka świwtnych restauracji . To miejsce z obslugą jest godne polecenia i przerosło nasze oczekiwania.

There are small things that needs improvement
Not enough lights in the salon. A little bit dark. Add a mirror in the badroom. The air condition in the salon was weak. The door of the bathroom should be looked like a door..

We were a little sad to leave it! Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Our room functioned well for 3 adults. We loved the little balcony and the generous operable windows. There was a washer and dryer for guests to use free of charge.

Cons:

Not much! Quiet neighborhood with good transportation. Only negative for some might be the sound of children playing at an adjacent daycare center weekday mornings. With windows closed, it would probably not be noticeable.

Convenient place to experience Vienna
Pros:

Location is very convenient, close to the central train station, shops, belvedere park and city centre. Apartment has all you need. Great comms with the host.

Cons:

Some minor renovations would help - the place felt a bit worn down.

Pros:

Appartamento molto pulito e a pochi passi dal belvedere. Posizione comoda anche per spostarsi con il tram (fermata a pochi minuti a piedi).
Staff disponibile a venir incontro alle nostre richieste.
L'appartamento dispone di un balcone esterno parzialmente coperto e spazi comuni con tavolini.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen: 600 m zum Hauptbahnhof. Knapp 200 m, um die Hausecke, befindet sich eine Trambahnhaltestelle und das (Massen)Touristenziel Schloss "Oberes Belvedere". Auch das Traditionscafe "Cafe Goldegg" ist in der anderen Richtung in knapp 300 m Entfernung zu finden. In die zentrale Stadt kommt man zu Fuß in guten 20 Minuten - soweit man nicht in einem Cafe oder Restaurant hängen bleibt.

Cons:

Leider waren unsere letzten Tage durch ein Dauerhoch mit viel Sonnenschein etwas zu warm.
