Prima hotel
Pros:

Mooie kamer. Lijkt recent gerenoveerd te zijn. Het restaurant op de 1ste verdieping serveert heerlijke Chinese gerechten en heeft bijzonder vriendelijke bediening.

Cons:

De hal was wellicht nog niet gerenoveerd en zag er minder mooi uit. En vreemde opslag van spullen en voorraden op de 1ste verdieping.

Extrem laute Chinesen jeden Abend die sich nicht gemäß den anderen Gästen aufführen

Wollte ein paar Hosen waschen lassen. Nachdem ich 30 Minuten an der Rezeption gewartet habe, wurde ich informiert das es diesen Service nicht gibt. Aber ich konnte es selber waschen indem ich an der Rezeption den Pulver kaufe und eine Waschmaschine benütze. Da ich keine €2 bei mir hatte fragte ich das Geld auf das Zimmer zu schreiben. Dies ging nicht. Wegen €2 musste ich zurück aufs Zimmer.

Beautiful hotel but lacking in their catering
Pros:

The fixtures and fittings were superb.

Cons:

No food available after 9pm. After a very long journey we were all tired and hungry. No bar snacks either? No offer of any food at all? We had a good breakfast after a long hungry night.

Mir wurde nach der ersten Nacht, als ich mich beschwert hatte, ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das habe ich nicht genutzt, da wir den Tag verplant hatten und nicht noch Zeit für's Umziehen in ein anderes Zimmer verlieren wollten

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage trotz 4 Sterne. Das Zimmer war sehr heiß, das Lüften war schwierig, da die benachbarte Autobahn recht laut zu hören ist. Sauberkeit: naja, unterm Bett war noch alte Schokolade und der Teppich mit deutlichen Flecken. Und leider waren die sonstigen Gäste sehr laut (Knall um 2.00 Uhr, Einlaufen des Bades um 5.30 Uhr, Türen zuknallen ab 6.00 Uhr).

Cons:

El sofá cama es lamentable durmió una niña de catorce años y se levantó todos los días con dolor de espalda porque no había ni somier el colchón era como una colchoneta de tres dedos de grosor y la verdad que no sé ni cómo pueden poner una cama supletoria de este tipo porque no puede dormir más que un bebé que pese menos de cinco kilos.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist ganz gut. Das Resraurant im Hotel scheint überhaupt nicht auf

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hatte einen schlechten Service. Die Speisekarte war nur auf Chinesisch und Holländisch, das Personal hat sich keine Mühe gegeben, uns Angaben auf Englisch zur Speisekarte zu machen. Daher haben wir dort nicht gegessen. Das Frühstück fanden wir zu teuer.
