Vreselijk! De volgende keer weer naar Van der Valk.

Cons:

1) Bijzonder onkundige, onprettige medewerker bij het inchecken. Ik moest bijna een halfuur wachten bij het inchecken door een computerprobleem en kreeg nauwelijks toelichting. Nog nooit eerder heb ik deze mate van amateurisme en onvriendelijkheid meegemaakt in een hotel.

2) De kamer was bijzonder gehorig. Ik heb de halve nacht wakker gelegen van een snurkende buurman. Echt een walgelijke ervaring.

Get the high standards back please.
Pros:

Spacious hotel with a good size room.

Cons:

We've stayed before and the hotel is starting to look a little tired. Bike storage to the rear is poor and the car park area is a bit of a mess. Probably too far to walk into Delft centrum.

Pros:

Camera di dimensioni medio grandi e ben fatta e ben arredata.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione ideale per raggiungere Amsterdam in una mezzoretta di auto

Cons:

Un unico ascensore per tutto l'hotel, quindi si era costretti o a lunghe attesa oppure a 5 piani a piedi.
Bagno con vasca pericolo entrare e uscire dalla stessa. Togliere vasca e mettere doccia.

Pros:

Kostenloses Parken.
Gutes Frühstück gegen Aufpreis.
Mit dem mitgebrachten Fahrrad war man sehr schnell auf dem Marktplatz in Delft und in ca. 35 Minuten in Den Haag.

Als het restaurant open is daar kan je amper als hotelgast je wagen kwijt , geen terras om buiten te zitten enkel 1 tafel en 2 bankjes.

Aufenthalt war ganz ok
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich war ganz ok.Das Zimmer war sauber und mit fast allem ausgestattet.Unser einziges und größtes Problem war das unser Zimmer kein Fenster hatte.Es gab eine Glasfensterfront aber leider nicht zum öffnen.Die Klimaanlage war sehr veraltet und hatte nicht die Leistung die man erwartet hat.Das Frühstück war ganz gut.

Cons:

Das wir kein Fenster im zimmer hatten ,welches wir hätten öffnen können.Die Parkplatzsituation Samstag abends ist katastrophal gewesen da es im hotel ein Restaurant gibt welches anscheinend sehr gefragt ist und die sich mit dem hotel den Parkplatz teilen.Wir haben Ewigkeiten warten müssen bis wir parken konnten und endlich jemand weg gefahren ist da der Parkplatz überfüllt war.Da müsste es eine bessere Lösung geben.
