La posizione dal mare è fantastica inoltre ci sono due piscine davvero godibili anche in orari molto caldi. La colazione è varia e adeguata anche ai celiaci, il servizio è cortese . La qualità prezzo è molto buona.

Cons:

Durante la colazione c'è un pò di disorganizzazione, rallentando il servizio di apparecchiatura e cambio clienti ai tavoli.

Una delusione di hotel non lo consiglio a nessuno

Innanzitutto appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto di saldare il conto
Di solito si fa alla fine del soggiorno
( mi sono sentito come se fossi un ladro)
Mi danno la camera era uno schifo mobilio anni 80 vecchissimo non da 4 stelle
Dopo il mio reclamo mi è stata cambiata la camera con un mobilio più accettabile
Pulizia da schifo in 4 giorni di soggiorno hanno pulito il pavimento 1 volta
rifatto il letto solo le lenzuola superiori quelle sotto neanche toccate( vedi foto)
Penultimo giorno entriamo in camera troviamo il pavimento bagnato alle 14 00 del pomeriggio la signora aveva appena fatto le pulizie molto superficiale
Vado in reception per reclamare sia per le pulizie che per il climatizzatore che non funzionava
Con 40 gradi esterni la porta finestra spalancata il sole che entrava in camera
Devo dire che avevo scelto questo hotel per fare una sorpresa a mia moglie per festeggiare i nostri 25 anni di matrimonio

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Overall, our experience was decent, with both positive and negative aspects.

The biggest positives were the food, which was delicious and varied throughout our stay, and the hotel staff, who were generally friendly and helpful, even though many of them did not speak English.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel is quite old and does not match the photos shown online. Cleanliness also needs improvement. At every meal we had to check the plates, cutlery, glasses, and cups because they were often dirty. Housekeeping in the rooms also left a lot to be desired.

Another issue was the water supply. During peak hours, before lunch and dinner, there was little to no water pressure in the shower because so many guests were using it at the same time.

The most disappointing experience was at the beach. The staff responsible for the sunbeds would not allow us to place a small blanket in front of our sunbeds so that our one-year-old child could play safely. On our very first day, we were actually shouted at and told to leave the beach area, even though we were staying at the hotel and using its private beach. We found this treatment unacceptable and expected much more understanding and respect toward families with young children.

La posizione e le camere tipo confort.

Cons:

La stanza a noi assegnata era posizonata sulla cucina e su una discarica a cielo aperto. Dopo averlo fatto presente ci e' stata cambiata. La sala ristorante e' disorganizzata e il personale e' insufficiente per il n. degli ospiti. Il cibo e' vario nel senso che alcune pietanze sono buone, carne e pesce, altre sono di bassissima qualita' o non corrispondenti alla descrizione: es. Rigatoni alle verdure: il sugo era composto da pancetta a strisce.
Pulizia negli spazi comuni insufficiente. Non e'un 4 stelle solo se si considera il n. delle piscine.
