Pessimo, per fortuna che c’è stato bel tempo e siamo stati spesso fuori.

Camere vecchie e sporche.
La tapparella della camera era rotta e la prima notte nn si poteva accedere al balcone.
La cassaforte è ancora con la chiave e per giunta bisogna dare 50€ di cauzione per poterla usare.
Il frigobar era totalmente vuoto, neanche una bottiglietta di acqua.
Se vuoi prendere qualcosa da bere al bar sei obbligato a prendere una loro card dove devi caricare i soldi.
Una delle due piscine non era in funzione.
Abbiamo provato a chiedere dopo tutto questo almeno un late checkout e ci é stato negato.
Il parcheggio dell’albergo è gestito malissimo con gente che parcheggia dove vuole ostacolando molto spesso l’uscita.

Ottimo soggiorno, da ripetere
Pros:

Struttura di alto livello con ottime camere (chiedo sempre la possibilità del 6' piano). Cucina eccellente per ogni palato, abbondante e varia. Chiedo alla direzione la possibilità di ripristinare l'apposizione nella hall e in ascensore copia del menù giornaliero, come hanno sempre fatto. Ci soggiorno almeno 3 volte ogni anno e ci tornerò senz'altro. Grazie Adria

Vorrei suggerire, data la posizione non centrale (ma comunque piacevole) che l'albergo mettesse a disposizione delle biciclette. Grazie

Schimmel an den Wänden
Man müsste alles erfragen bei der Ankunft
Nicht mal ein Wasserkocher bzw Wasser auf dem Zimmer was eigentlich schon zum Standard gehört
Das die Jalousie nicht mehr hoch ging und es wurde nur einmal geschaut und dann nie wieder, also die ganze Zeit ûber könnte man die nicht benutzen

Plaża w porządku. Tylko były inne oczekiwania odnośnie hotelu.

Plaża byla jedynym plusem oraz temperatura wody.

Cons:

Hotel 4 gwiazdkowy prezentował sie na 2 gwiazdki. Klima nie działała, drzwi od prysznica urwane. Łóżko piętrowe dla dzieci bez barierek i drabinki. Obsługa w restauracji przynosiła inne dania niż zamówione ( nie mieli czasu by wysłuchać nas). Leżaki na plaży drogie, nie można było zostawić laczek przy plaży. Basen hotelowy tylko do 18 godziny, a drugi basen nieczynny. Personel rozmawia tylko po włosku albo angielsku ( w ofercie było ze w innych językach też). Zdjęcia z oferty wycieczki nie są adekwatne do stanu żeczywistego. Określiłabym to raczej jako hotel robotniczy. Parking na zasadzie kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Ogólnie nie polecam.
