Non mi è piaciuto il servizio della colazione e dell'organizzazione per pulire le camere a volte si sono dimenticati di farla la stanza e gli asciugamani non me li hanno messi giustifico solo il fatto che avevano molta affluenza ma in un quattro stelle dopo quello che paghi non è ammissibile

Il materasso confortevole, cuscini comodi, la posizione dell’hotel

Pulizia non estrema, l’acqua calda in camera praticamente inesistente, riscaldamento non riscaldava.. colazione non esaltante, sopratutto il cappuccino al distributore anche no dato che hanno un bar gigante proprio davanti le colazioni.. la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è il fatto che io mi sono fatta il cappuccino alla macchinetta che non è che sia un gran che.. ma poco dopo arriva la
Signora (probabile cliente da una vita) e il cameriere gli ha fatto subito il cappuccino al bar.. non mi é sembrata una cosa molto carina nei confronti degli altri ospiti..
