Relativně kvalitní ubytování za relativně přiměřenou cenu
Pros:

Přiměřená snídaně, přiměřené vybavení pokoje. Pěkná recepce. Průměrná snídaně. Dobrý je bazén a spa v hotelu.

Cons:

V případě vinobraní je hotel poněkud dál od centra Znojma. Dříve hotel dělal balíčky na vinobraní, vč. welcome drinku, vstupenky v ceně, odvoz hostů taxi zdarma do Znojma a zpět. To všechno už je zrušeno. Bazén jsem nenavštívil, ale prý byl studený. Pokoje by si zasloužily určitý refresh. Já jsem na pokoji župan neměl, některé ostatní pokoje, ale ve stejné ceně ano. Úklid pokojů byl spíš fraška. Jediné, co mi v pokoji udělali, bylo ustlání postele. Jinak ručníky nevyměněné, dokonce ani nesložené zpět na držáky. Odpadky (chápu, že asi omylem), byly ponechány na psacím stolu. Jezdím do hotelu na vinobraní už asi 10 let a sleduji ten kvalitativní sešup při zvyšujících se cenách. Ale to je dnes už všude a ve všem v tomhle bláznivém světě.

Příjemný pobyt v luxusním prostředí
Pros:

Hotel má služby na vysoké úrovni - zejména ranní servis u snídaně, pak také milé chování číšníků na večerním baru.
Dostatek parkovacích míst.
Úklid a profesionalita pokojové služby byla na jedničku.

Cons:

Jednoduchý welness, kdy jsme postrádali více tepla v odpočívárnách, a také chyběl ochlazovací bazének, kdy se toto dá do jisté míry nahradit sprchami a ledem.

P.S. fén na pokoji by potřeboval vyměnit.
