The location was excellent (it's easy to navigate everywhere in Porto from here) and the staff kind and helpful. I didn't mind the few (25ish) steps at the very entrance like many reviews had stated, but it's good to mention their presence for those who don't have great mobility. AC and Wifi worked fine

Cons:

Our room extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and for two days we woke up with a bad smell coming out of the bathroom (before using it). The breakfast had very little options available and feels too basic for its price (you could get much more for the same price just going to the surrounding cafes, but it's ok if you need to rush to the airport.

Pros:

La ubicación sin duda era lo mejor que tenía este hotel. Y el personal parecía amable. La habitación estaba limpia.

Cons:

El mobiliario era muy viejo y el baño aunque estaba muy limpio también era bastante viejo. Para estar en el centro eso nos sorprendió. La cama no era lo más cómodo del mundo tampoco. Pero de precio estaba bien. Solo estuvimos un día.

loved the location and great value for Porto
Pros:

perfect location right in the plaza, good room size. very helpful staff, super safe. Right next to Mc Donalds, cafes, Burger king and many things.

Cons:

Don't like leavong keys at the reception every time other than that all good

Pros:

ho potuto soggiornare con la mia cagnolina nella stanza condivisa senza costo aggiuntivo! Finalmente un po' di umanità per le persone che viaggiano con un cane .. un passo avanti per le restrittive regole spagnole (soprattutto in Galizia)

Cons:

Troppo caldo , un ventilatore era poco...avremmo preferito averne due per tutta la stanza visto che i letti erano 4 e il mio nell angolo
