Pros:

Großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus, geräumiges,helle Zimmer. Traumhafte Betten. Riesige Auswahl beim Frühstück in Buffetform.
Restaurant (direkt im Erdgeschoss) wirklich empfehlenswert.
Gleich hinter dem Hotel ist ein schattiger Spazierweg im Wald.

Pros:

Uns hat der ganze Landgasthof sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, das Frühstück und Abendessen waren vorzüglich.
Die Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer und des Personals kann man nur loben. Ebenso gibt es wunderschönen Biergarten zum Verweilen.
Praktisch war auch die Unterstellmöglichkeit unserer E-Bikes mit Ladestation.
Wir werden wieder im Forsthof ein Zimmer buchen.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastleute, alles war sauber, das Restaurant war hervorragend. Der Ort/der Forsthof liegt praktisch für Ausflüge, Wanderungen usw. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig.

Great hotel, great location, great experience
Pros:

We were travelling to Slovakia and this was our halfway stopover from Calais. It was booked purely based on price and location but it turned out to be a hidden gem. The hotel is in a fabulous location in Kastl, a place that deserves a visit all of its own for several days rather than the one night stopover that we used it for. The food was delicious (dinner and breakfast) with excellent service. Ample car parking and a spacious room that accommodated our family with any issues. From what we saw it's a place full of character, things to do, and history (the hotel AND Kastl), and we'd definitely consider coming back for a longer visit. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Unserer Zimmer war zur Straße raus, ansonsten alles prima.

Cons:

Nur das Zimmer zur Hauptstr war nicht so ideal da ab morgens LKWs gefahren sind und wir die Fenster auf lassen wollten, wegen der hohen Temperaturen.
