Ottima posizione, ambienti molto puliti e staff disponibile e cordiale

Cons:

Vengono accettati piccoli animali domestici ma non sono ammessi nelle aree comuni. È un disagio per chi porta con sé il suo animale d'affezione

Soggiornare in mezzo ai lavori in corso dei quali non ero stato informato è stato un notevole disagio. Piscina, spa etc...tutto inutilizzabile...un vero disastro.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien en general. El personal fue extremandamente amable. Está frente al mar y dispone de una sección propia de playa con tumbonas y sombrillas que pude usar solo por 7€ más. El desayuno estuvo bien. Están construyendo una pìscina nueva.

Me costó encontrar estacionamiento cerca pero eso no es culpa del hotel

Great hotel, avoid the private beach.
Pros:

Great experience for staff (exept for the beach manager), gym and roof terrace with panoramic view and location.

Cons:

The private beach included in the price: the line manager is rude, arrogant and clearly with no customer service skills. I would have paid a different beach rather than dealing with such rudeness.

Pros:

Se l’obiettivo è pernottare per andare al mare, la posizione è centralissima e ottima. Colazione con molti prodotti e tutti di buona qualità.

Cons:

Qualche disservizio dovuto alla ristrutturazione. Un po’ articolata la gestione del parcheggio, ma se si arriva dopo cena ci sono posti disponibili nei pressi della struttura.

Kommen wieder, wenn alles fertig gestellt ist.
Pros:

Unser Wechselwunsch wurde berücksichtigt, da im Frontbereich Bauarbeiten stattfinden (Neubau einer Poolanlage mit Wellnessbereich). Unser Zimmer war dann im Neubau-Trakt mit Blick über die Pinienbäume und ruhig.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut. Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt.
Zum Zimmer gehörte gegen einen Aufpreis (Clubbeitrag) am unweit gelegenen Strand eine Liege mit Stuhl und Schirm.
Alles gepflegt.

Cons:

Wir hätten gerne vorher von den Bauarbeiten gewusst, da wir ein Zimmer mit Ausblick aufs Meer gebucht hatten, trotzdem konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt von Freitag bis Montag genießen, da am Wochenende keine Bauarbeiten stattfanden.
Das Fahrzeug konnte nicht auf dem Hotelgrundstück geparkt werden, sondern auf einem benachbarten Grundstück, das nicht bewacht war.
