Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo miły i zaangażowany personel ale hotel ma już swoje lata. Musieliśmy zmienić pokój bo w pierwszym zaproponowanym nie zamykały się drzwi.

We were EXTREMELY disappointed with our stay.
Based on the reviews, we expected a much better experience, but we honestly wondered if those reviews referred to a different Hotel Vienna.
The staff were unfriendly and often rude. The receptionist gave us an unwelcoming check-in and the breakfast staff pushed guests aside to get past without apologies.
Our room was old, damaged, dirty, and showed signs of mould (see photos).
Breakfast was very poor, with stale bread, hard cheese and limited (fresh) choice. The only thing we enjoyed was the chocolate cake.
After dark, the area around the hotel felt very unsafe. Groups of homeless people and drug users were gathering directly outside the hotel, openly using and smoking drugs in plain sight.

3. Bett war normal groß. Hat man nicht überall. Dame an Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Lage rund ums Hotel war fragwürdig, dreckig (überall lag Müll rum) und die Lokale in der Nähe nur Imbissniveau trotz hoher Google Bewertungen, Frühstück ok aber sehr Standard, als wir Kellner auf Leck in Kaffeemaschine ansprachen, deutete er nur dass er es eh weiss, Boden war schon komplett nass. Zimmer selbst war zweckmässig, klospülung kaputt, Dusche sehr abgewohnt und Teile fielen herum. Betten standard aber auch abgewohnt.

Obligé de dormir une nuit au lieu de 2, à cause des grèves en Italie le 24 juillet , en attente de remboursement, il faut passer par Booking qui me dit qu’il faut voir avec l’hôtel qui me dit qu’il faut voir avec Booking, bref un beau bordel

The hotel is clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. We had a special request and they helped us out with that also. The location is great, close to the bus to go into Venice. The breakfast is really good, with plenty of options.
A fridge in the room would have been nice.
La posizione, comoda vicino alla stazione; la disponibilità di parcheggio privato; l'acqua di cortesia in camera. La colazione, varia e riassortita anche x i ritardatari.
Il bagno, un po' piccolo, facile sgocciolare acqua a terra.
Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.
Mieliśmy po przyjeździe problem z klimatyzacją w pokoju i od razu wymieniono nam pokój na inny. Codziennie otrzymywaliśmy świeże ręczniki. Pokój posiadał rolety zewnętrzne. Łóżko było naprawdę duże i wygodne. W pokoju był telewizor, szafa, biurko i duże lustro. Niedaleko obiektu znajduje się bezpośredni przystanek autobusowy do zabytkowej Wenecji oraz dworzec kolejowy. Na duży plus całodobowa recepcja.
Hotel powinien przejść gruntowny remont i odświeżyć wnętrze! Winda bardzo malutka, można dostać klaustrofobii. Śniadanie tragedia - nie było jakiegokolwiek wyboru jedzenia, aby zjeść cokolwiek trzeba było przyjść na same rozpoczęcie. Pierwszego dnia przyszłam za późno i udało mi się załapać tylko na kawałek ciasta. Przydałaby się lodówka w pokoju.
Inna sprawa - przy hotelu siedzą na murkach grupy panów i wieczorami piją alkohol - zdecydowanie obiekt powinien to zgłosić do odpowiednich służb, aby zrobiły z tym porządek - nikt na szczęście nas nie zaczepił, ale wracając po całym dniu do hotelu czuliśmy się bardzo nieswojo.
