Pros:

Camere Spaziose , ben tenute e dotate di tutti i comfort, buona colazione e staff super gentile e premuroso, vicinanza di ottimi ristorantini

Room door was broken; housekeeping left room open all day; A/C didn't work. I won't stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was clean.
The bed was pretty good.
There was a small kitchenette.

Cons:

Several things went wrong during my stay.
* On my last day there, housekeeping left my room door wide open for 12 hours. This is obviously 100% unacceptable.
* This must have happened because the door to my room was partially broken. The latch on the door was difficult -- you had to push hard on it to get it to latch properly.
* On my last night there, it was hot, and the air conditioning in my room was broken. They mentioned that they've had trouble with the AC in multiple rooms lately and had technicians working on them recently. The front desk was not able to help me, or move me to a different room.
* The night before I left, and upon checkout, I asked the front desk to have management to reach out to me regarding the issues during my stay. They did not reach out.

I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great staff but walls of paper - probably won’t stay again
Pros:

The hotel is well-located to visit less touristy neigborhoods. The room had what one needs and was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout.

Cons:

Walls are paper thin in this hotel - I could hear literally everything from the next room.
Breakfast is really poor quality and literally the exact same thing every single day.
For the price, this hotel should definetely be better.

Pros:

Muy normalito. No destaca por nada, ni limpieza, ni servicio. Pedimos habitación con 2 camas para 2 amigas...cuando llegamos, solo había una cama, toallas y zapatillas para 1, y 1 cápsula de café.
La habitación muy cerrada, porque la ventana no se podía abrir ni una pequeña raja aunque sea.
Calentamos en el microondas 3 nugets de pollo, y allí dejaban el plato sucio 3 días (un solo plato sin mucha suciedad).
El hotel está lejos del centro para el precio que tiene (más lo que gastas en uber)
