In bellissimo ed accogliente soggiorno
Pros:

Simpatia e disponibilità del front-office. Camere originali, spaziose, pulite e accoglienti. Tv fantastica e colazione da paura!!!! Ci tornerò prestissimissimissimo!!!!

Proximity to the bus stop (bus comes directly from the train station); very large bathroom and shower, comfortable bed; professional staff (Giorgio and Silvia at checkout were really nice)

Ottimo soggiorno all’EUR. Hotel curato, camere confortevoli e ambienti sempre puliti. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la professionalità di tutto il personale, che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante.

Una menzione speciale va al signore che si occupa delle colazioni, credo l’unico romano dello staff: sempre sorridente, estremamente cortese e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La sua professionalità e il suo modo di accogliere le persone fanno davvero la differenza e rendono piacevole iniziare la giornata.

Un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglio volentieri.

Hotel curat, camere spațioase, personal amabil, mic dejun ok, bus direct către gara și centru. Hotelul se afla pe traseul busurilor care fac legatura între Aeroportul Fiumicino - Gara Termini.

Good family apartment hotel with 6 minutes walk to bus.
Pros:

Excellent size for family.
Noise isolation
Air conditioning worked
Clean new facilities
Giorgio and staff members were beyond excellent and supportive
Supermarket is a 400 m walk.
All sockets were Eu type so dont need the italian adapter. Just the eu one

Cons:

Someone else broke the laundry (the washing machine)… it wasnt the end of the world.. but it wouldve been good if it worked!

The iron could have had a bit more power.

They have this very useful piece of paper explaining the bus and everything nearby… they should give it out as soon as oke checks in! Very useful.
