Pros:

M-am refugiat aici ptr că am apartamentul în renovare și nu aveam așteptări prea mari...
Fetele de la recepție absolut excepționale, toate, ar fi nedrept să menționez doar pe cineva! Foarte drăguțe și dornice să ajute, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și foarte atente.
Curățenia în hotel, în cameră (309), sclipitor! Asternuturi impecabile, personal atent și profesionist. Nu credeam că într-un hotel din România se poate și așa...adică impecabil.
Mic dejun variat, produse de calitate, la fel și personalul de la servire, tineri atenți și drăguți.
Servirea de la restaurant ok, dar doar la capitolul servire.
Mi-am prelungit sejurul cu 3 zile.
Fiind absolventă a unei școli de tursim, am ceva experiență în industria hotelieră și pe partea de alimentație publică și chiar am fost plăcut surprinsă!

Cons:

1. Mâncarea de la restaurantul hotelului. Deși am citit recenzii f bune, nu a prea fost pe gustul meu...
În prima zi am comandat un piept de pui la grătar cu cartofi prăjiți. Am primit o bucată de carne fadă cu cartofi care miroseau ciudat. Pastele bologneze, doar paste fierte cu niște carne tocată...sosul lipsea...fără codimente...fără gust fără nimic...nu mai vorbesc despre plating...
2. Ar fi util să faceți ceva cu frigiderele, răcitorul din cameră. NU poți ține o apă la rece acolo...e practic mort...si au fost calduri ff mari. Înțeleg ideea de a lua un mic dejun, care este chiar foarte bun, dar măcar o stică de apă la rece să se poată păstra în răcitor...

Pros:

Really friendly staff, nice rooms, decent view from the 5th floor

Cons:

Not much water pressure on the toilet flush, the shower screen leaked water all over the bathroom floor, just minor point though, easily fixed.
