The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Fantastic location, quiet room, and wonderful staff
We had a brilliant stay at Ammi Nice Masséna. The location is excellent: less than 10 minutes’ walk to the beach, close to the tram, and very easy to get to and from the airport. It’s on a lively, vibrant street, but we had no problem with noise at all.
The balcony was small, but still big enough to sit out on, which was lovely. The air conditioning was absolutely brilliant and genuinely a life saver during the heatwave.
The kitchen area was compact but very well equipped, though worth noting there is no dishwasher. The staff were also fantastic: extremely friendly, very responsive, and spoke perfect English, which made everything very easy.
Overall, a great base for a stay in Nice. We’d happily recommend it.

The common areas were clean but not enjoyable . The room had one nice painted wall but the other was white and blend. It felt utilitarian

Amazing location in the heart of Nice, with easy access to all the main attractions, shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Paula at reception, who was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very quiet with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

В апартаментах очень чисто, в каждой комнате кондиционер, есть все туалетные принадлежности и всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Есть лифт. Читала отзывы что у некоторых гостей были сложности с получением ключей, когда рецепция закрыта. Мы подошли к двери рецепции возле номеров, позвонили в звонок и девушка сразу пришла, хотя это было уже после 20:00.
Персонал был очень доброжелательным и отзывчивым. Мы остались довольны проживанием и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.
