The hotel does not offer any private car park, but a partnership with Grimaldi Parking for 26€/24h, it is a 5-minutes walk from the aparthotel. If your car is higher than 5.9 ft, the nearest parking is called "Sulzer". Access by car to the pedestrian street is not allowed.

The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

A wonderful stay in a fantastic location with exceptional staff—we’ll definitely be back.
Pros:

After having to leave our previous accommodation in Menton because the host failed to disclose that the air conditioning wasn’t working, arriving at AMMI felt like a breath of fresh air. The cool apartment, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation immediately put us at ease. We really appreciated the warm welcome and the excellent location, which made exploring Nice so easy.

Cons:

Nothing significant. It’s an aparthotel rather than a luxury hotel, but it delivers exactly what it promises. The owners have done a great job creating a modern, colourful and welcoming space.

Trotz der guten Lage nie wieder….
Pros:

Lage in der Innenstadt

Cons:

Die Abmachung mit dem Parkhaus hat nicht geklappt, wir mussten nachzahlen bei der Ausfahrt.
Ein Teil der Wohnung konnte nicht betreten werden und dort war eine Türe offen, man füllte sich nicht sicher.

Amazing Location, beautiful building.
Pros:

Fantastic location, quiet room, and wonderful staff

We had a brilliant stay at Ammi Nice Masséna. The location is excellent: less than 10 minutes’ walk to the beach, close to the tram, and very easy to get to and from the airport. It’s on a lively, vibrant street, but we had no problem with noise at all.

The balcony was small, but still big enough to sit out on, which was lovely. The air conditioning was absolutely brilliant and genuinely a life saver during the heatwave.

The kitchen area was compact but very well equipped, though worth noting there is no dishwasher. The staff were also fantastic: extremely friendly, very responsive, and spoke perfect English, which made everything very easy.

Overall, a great base for a stay in Nice. We’d happily recommend it.
