The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Lage und Freundlickeit
Konumu harikaydı. Tam merkezde sahile 3dk yanı basında her butceye gore restoranlar var. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalırım. Çalışanlar cok guler yuzlu ve yardımcıydı. Biz superior oda da kaldık son derece ferah ve caddeye bakıyordu :)
Negaif birsey soyleyemem sadece tren istasyonuna 15dk yurume mesafesinde ama Cannes ve Monako'ya tren ile yarım saatte gidildiği için biz merkezde kalmayı tercih ettik. Buda bizim için kesinlikle olumsuz değildi.

Amazing hotel, great location, and very spacious room. I recommend this hotel 100% and the reception team is adorable ! Plus, they give you really good recommendations for dinner and activities to do in Nice.

Loved that we were upgraded to a full apartment with a lot of space, two balcony’s, and a full kitchen. We loved that we got the best of everything at Aparthotel! Location is phenomenal and the views from the apartment were spectacular. The apartment was fully equipped with dishes, toilet amenities, and luggage holders.
We did notice the light fixtures in the entrance hallway could be fixed/sealed properly. But it was not a deterrent.
The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shops and most touristic areas, everything can basically be done by foot which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Location is perfect , staff friendly. & communication via wats app was excellent. Rooms very clean, had small kitchen area , fridge was handy . Ironing board & iron . Stayed as a family of 4 ( 2 teens ) double bed & sofa bed . Sofa bed not very comfortable , wish it was just 4 beds rather than sofa bed , don’t understand why hotels always have sofa beds as 90% of them are uncomfortable. A tiny bit noisy. Great Aircon. Overall we would recommend the hotel it was just the sofa bed was my main thing , we all took a turn on it as was unfair for one person to sleep on it the whole duration of our trip. Good price if you book direct with hotel .
It was nice place and Room where ready earlier so they checked in us earlier 🤩
Maybe if theres no 2nd floor for 4 person room will be nice.
