The Apart-Hotel is serviced by an elevator. Please note, however, that it stops between floors, meaning you have to climb or go down ten steps in order to reach your floor.

Liten seng. Vi var to venninner og ba om enkeksenger, men fikk en liten dobbelseng med ett laken til dyne på deling. Vi fikk et til når vi ba om det. Shabby balkong.

Don’t advertise A/C when it barely works and doesn’t cool the room to a standard people need to sleep

Cons:

The A/C didn’t work… the room was 27° at night crazy… at least they gave us a fan which barely helped. To be clear the AC , which was an air handler, which usually makes me think that the room’s gonna be cool ,blew out a very tiny amount of somewhat cold air. It was not functioning properly.

Tener más lugar para el desayuno en la zona destinada a eso; por falta de espacio (éramos 4) teníamos que llevarlo al apartamento pero luego la limpieza no lavaba lo que debíamos ensuciar por no tener lugar en la zona destinada al desayuno

C’est un logement satisfaisant pour une à deux nuits maximum.
Pros:

L’emplacement était excellent, mais un vrai effort est nécessaire sur les salles de bain, beaucoup trop exiguës et nettement vieillissantes.

Cons:

La salle de bain est bien trop exiguë et présente un vieillissement évident qui nécessite une rénovation.

Dont rent from them. It’s a scam .
Pros:

This place is the worst . Self check in, the code never worked , we are from America and had to stayed outside with our suit cases , icalling their fake emergency number from 10.30 pm to 6 am . They responded the next day at 11 am . They messed up our entire vacation .

Cons:

Can’t even park around . Bunch of dangerous people working around.

Wonderful stay in Nice
Pros:

Great location, close to main streets and the beach in Nice. Incredibly supportive and helpful staff. Great value for the rooms. The room was comfortable and well air conditioned in the summer heat.

L'emplacement est parfait surtout si on cherche un hébergement raisonnable en plein centre. C'est petit mais bien conçu. Accueil sympathique

Cons:

Il ne faut pas être trop chargé car l'ascenseur ne dessert pas le RDC et le 5ème étage. Et ne pas s'attendre à un hôtel. C'est un immeuble aménagé.
