Très bon rapport qualité prix, avec un gros + pour la localisation de l'hôtel.
Pros:

La proximité avec la gare Saint Pancras. Une localisation idéale et centrale : de nombreux célèbres sites sont visitables à pied à partir de l'hôtel (Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Camden Market, la cathédrale Saint Paul, Tower Bridge (un peu loin mais faisable), China Town, Oxford Street, Soho). Un quartier calme, très beau et typiquement londonien. Le petit déjeuner anglais proposé chaque matin et très copieux !

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre située au 2ème étage (néanmoins 2 ventilateurs étaient présents ce qui était très appréciable). Il y aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement dans la chambre (tapisserie déchirée, trou au plafond, peinture des murs abîmées). Le petit déjeuner continental en photo n'est pas celui présenté en salle (par contre les viennoiseries étaient très bonnes).

Ça aurait pu être formidable vue le lieu! Mais gâché par les bed bugs !

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Bruits incessants des sirènes d’ambulance jour et nuit ( l’hôpital universitaire est au bout de la rue) et impossibilité de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit : du coup chaleur +++ car pas de Clim !
Mais surtout des punaises de lits découvertes à la fin du séjour dans sa chambre côté cours: pas de solutions proposées pour ma fille !

Bien, bon hôtel et petit déjeuner mais manque d’insonorisation.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L’hôtel est bien situé.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres pourraient être améliorée. Par exemple la mise de juin sur les portes parce que si vous avez un bébé dans la chambre d’en face. Bon courage.

La posizione è la vicinanza a molti servizi. La colazione ottima, sia quella continentale che quella inglese

La camera, pulitissima, era davvero molto molto piccola. Anche se con un po’ di organizzazione abbiamo trascorso il nostro soggiorno di sette giorni splendidamente

Boa experiência
Pros:

Excelente localização, com fácil acesso para vários pontos da cidade. O hotel é bem limpo. O café da manhã era razoável. A equipe foi cordial. O quarto tinha chaleira com cafés e chás para a comodidade, além de secador de cabelo e todos os itens de higiene.

Cons:

O quarto é muito pequeno, mas já esperava isso. Achei que o café da manhã deixou a desejar; só havia três tipos de frutas e dois tipos de pães. Talvez, para quem queria o café da manhã britânico, valeria mas a pena, mas para o meu caso, tinha pouquíssimas opções, bem distante de um café continental.

A lovely hotel, friendly staff and good rooms and breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location for visiting London sights. The hotel team were so very helpful and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage early and on check out day allowed us to leave bags until the afternoon. Lovely full English breakfast and good choice for continental breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing we noticed.

Ontvangst bij aankomst was vriendelijk. Kamer was direct teleurstelling. Locatie van hotel was goed.

Cons:

Tweepersoonskamer met aparte bedden was rampzalig, grootte van treincoupe. Geen kastruimte, paar hangers aan de muur. Erg benauwd, twee tafelventilatoren en een plafondventilator, kamer bloedheet. Heel lawaaiig, aan de straatkant. Badkamer piepklein. Na klacht reactie :"dat horen we vaker, hotel volgeboekt". Zagen kamers in hotel die er beter uitzagen, wij wellicht slechtste kamer en dat voor hoofdprijs : Euro 1.648,27 voor 7 nachten. Eerste keer, na al die boekingen jarenlang bij Booking, helemaal niet blij!

Ideal location to euston station, wasn't sure what to expect but the staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was plentiful and included in the price

Room.was in the basement with.no.view, bathroom.door kept catching on the floor so wouldn't open properly

Centraal en comfortabel
Pros:

De locatie ligt zeer centraal en dichtbij verschillende metrostations. Ook ligt het dichtbij St Pancras Int.

Cons:

De drukte van de weg was af en toe best heftig. Wij hadden ook wel de ramen openstaan omdat het erg warm was was.

La chambre ne fut pas tel que je l’aurais espéré comme les photos dans le descriptif.. 3e étage j’ai pu voir les autres chambres .. elles étaient bien .. la mienne .. pas du tout .. j’étais avec ma fille .. mais si je fut avec un amoureux !! Une calamité.. le descriptif pas la réalité du vendu .. et .. choisi .. et il est vrai .. la confirmation.. après vérification . La prochaine fois .. je commande en directe avec l’hôtel
une vrai différence.. un lit 1.30-1..50.. qui prendrait
ça ? Si j’avais puis avoir les photos de la chambre, j’aurais été plus attentive à ce que j’aurais pu choisir.
Mais entre 1 lit double 180cm et 1 de 80 et un autre lit de 1.30-50m ça n’existe pas en France .. surtout si je fus en couple .

Cons:

La chambre !! Elle est penchée non compensée avec le lit !! Porte avec 3-4 ça de décalage !! Dommage si amoureux .. Pas de Clim malgré heureusement 1 ventilateur !! La promiscuité !
Enfin, soit …. je m’attendais à une chambre comme sur les photos que j’ai vu et à aucun moment, je n’ai vu la photo dont, j’ai dû faire la mienne pendant six jours
