Personeel was behulpzaam. Ontbijt was heel goed en de locatie was voor ons doel perfect.
Het bed was veel te hard voor mij. De kamer was aan de kleine kant, de badkamer ook.

Ligging, gebouw en de ruin geweldig mooi! Het eten van hoog niveau! Personeel erg dienstbaae en vriendelijk….
De koffie is in mijn kamer nooit vij gevuld. De haar föhn was /is kapot (kamer 341)
Het hotel heeft een prachtig hotel op een prachtige locatie en die zin niks mis mee.
Zoals bij bijna alle hotels adverteren ze dat er airconditioning aanwezig is. Echter de kamer die wij hadden had geen airconditioning maar een ventilatiesysteem terwijl er geadverteerd wordt met airconditioning zoals wij kennen en de volksmond airconditioning daar verstaan onder koude lucht in een hotelkamer zeker in de zomer, het weekend was erg warm na de hittegolf. De badkamervloer die was dusdanig warm dan kon je kleding opdrogen. Dit heeft waarschijnlijk te maken met de warm waterleiding die naar andere kamers gaan dus het was niet uit te houden. Ben na de receptie gegaan en gevraagd om een andere kamer. De receptionist vertelde mij dat er inderdaad geen airconditioning op de kamer is in het gebouw waar wij waren het bijgebouw. Het is een ventilatiesysteem dus ik ben nogal verbolgen over het feit dat er geadverteerd wordt met airconditioning terwijl er geen airconditioning is. wij hebben een nieuwe kamer gekregen die wel voorzien was van airconditioning dus als je boekt goed opletten of het hotel bellen airconditioning is in plaats van ventilatie en dan airconditioning zoals we bedoelen, coole lucht.

Chambre très agréable, spacieuse et tranquille. Lit très comfortable. Lieu paisible et en enchanteur. Tout était parfait. Je recommande vivement.
Absolument tout était parfait 🤩 On peut difficilement faire mieux. Beau, luxueux, grand, authentique et bien placé. Le petit déjeuner fut le meilleur de ma vie. J’y reviendrai !
Pitié ! réparez les coffres dans les vestiaires du spa ! Impossible à fermer. Stress inutile. Un simple système de clé suffirait.
Beautiful place to stay in a lovely city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved having the restaurant and bistro as options. Room was in the old wing and very peaceful and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very handy in the heatwave.
