Mia, la ragazza della reception è stata gentilissima
Pros:

struttura cómoda ed accogliente, piccola ma ben organizzata e a 5 min dalla metro Raspail e Vavin.

il bagno troppo piccole e la camera poco insonorizzata

Pros:

The staff there are so nice and inviting! They have an espresso machine and a water machine downstairs. The rooms have balconies and each room is themed. The rooms also have central ac. The hotel is within walking distance to the metros and the neighborhood is quaint. I loved Montparnasse.

Cons:

The bathroom, especially the shower, needed to be remodeled. There were a lot of faucets to navigate.

Super accueil et bonne localisation/bon quartier
Pros:

Un personnel au top ! On a été accueillis par une dame très gentille et aux petits soins, très serviable et super agréable. Merci encore pour cet accueil ! Emplacement très pratique, à proximité de la gare, beaucoup de restaurant aux alentours, rue calme. Des chambres à thèmes qui raconte une histoire, lit très confortable. Metro à proximité. Nous étions là pendant la finale de la champions league, le quartier était calme et secure, pas de soucis le soir. Un super séjour ! Boisson chaude disponible par jour et par personne, fontaine à eau et climatisation, un petit plus très agréable

Super staff - Would return with some tiny room improvements
Pros:

The staff are exceptional. They were so so nice it almost makes you want to overlook anything else. It's a great value for hotels in Paris. Close to the Montparnasse train station or it you want to visit the left - very convenient. There are restaurants and cafes close by too. Overall we were comfortable there.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated, however, a very small investment in minor maintenance, and a good scrubbing could be transformative. Basically, the room was clean, linens & towels clean and white. The floors in the corners and baseboard need better cleaning and some touch up paint in the room. The toilet paper rubbed again the wall and some stickers (strange?), my sanitation training was triggered a bit. The soap dispenser in the shower was kind of broken. Some small improvements could make the place a 10 !

Brilliant Stay close to Montparnasse
Pros:

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I absolutely loved my stay here. The décor is unique and full of character, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from public transport stations and the Jardin du Luxembourg. The neighbourhood has a wonderful atmosphere with great local vibes, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic time and would definitely love to come back!
