Adresse à retenir !
Pros:

Idéalement situé à côté de la Gare de l'Est, ambiance assez familiale, personnel très attentionné ...

Cons:

Je ne sais pas si cela peut-être amélioré, mais l'accès à la réception se fait par un escalier un peu étroit (l'ascenseur ne descend pas plus bas que ce premier étage où est la réception)

Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Lift worked ok. TV worked. Bed comfortable. Was helpful with storing luggage after checkout whilst visiting Paris sights. I was quite happy to experience typical old-fashioned French cheap hotel for one night: reminded me of the 1970s, which I felt a bit nostalgic about.

Cons:

Shower didn't work properly. Sink tap only one temperature. Nowhere to store clothes. Lights above bed didn't work. Ceiling light hanging off ceiling. But again, I felt there wasn't a lot to moan about, really, as I was only there to zonk out after a hard day's travelling and sightseeing. Didn't mention any problems as I didn't want to spoil the day for the nice chap on the reception by being moany.

Close to the main areas

Cons:

Hot, fan was taken by a member of staff for another room. No hot drinks, shower room smells stale. Shower not working. Side lights not working. Area noisy at night, had to sleep with the window open as the room was so warm and no fan.

Nothing.. Worst experience ever

Cons:

I usually leave a positive review or simply refrain from rating a place, but this was my worst experience ever.. it was so bad that I looked for other accommodation and paid twice!!. The receptionist was flirtatious and lacked basic courtesy, the room had an unbearable, deep, musty smell, cleanliness was so bad, the window was broken which make the room so loud and annoying, and the bed was completely uncomfortable and unclean. I ended up leaving the room and renting a place elsewhere.

Sporco, camera da letto a mezzo metro dal bagno logicamente senza porta. Avevo prenotato per due persone e mi hanno dato solo un asciugamano quando l ho fatto notare si sono quasi offesi.

Dissapointing
Cons:

- only 1 towel: no face twl, no floor mat for shower & toilet which is made worse by the drain not working resulting in wet floor
- very weak internet
- Said they have a hairdrier in the room but don’t in practice
- noisy sliding toilet door that doesn’t close well
- noisy outside because of maintenance work on Gare de l’Est station which I think must be frequent
- very small room;

La personne qui a pris l’accueil de samedi à dimanche était bourré en dirait ! Et qu’il se calme !
Nul à chié kurwa sinon les autres personnelles étaient accueillants.
