The hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms and bathrooms with large balconies. The rooms are outstandingly clean. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Moreover, breakfast offers a variety of meals, with coffee and tea served. The breakfast room and a variety of meals make an excellent start to the day.

Cons:

Due to service maintenance, some wellness services were limited. However, the reception staff announced the limitations and apologised for the situation immediately during the check-in process.

Krasna lokacia,blizko vlakova stanica-7min do centra,krasne prostredie.Velke izby,velka terasa,velmi prijemni personal,krasna priestorna cista kupelna.Vyborny napad s detskym lozkom:)

Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir waren schon öfter dort und kannten uns entsprechend gut aus. Alles war sauber und tiptop, wie wir es auch von früheren besuchen gewohnt waren.
Super ist natürlich der direkte Übergang in die Kärntentherme. Das Frühstücksbüffet war auch wie immer Top, das Abendessen hatten wir dieses Mal nicht gebucht..

Cons:

Wir hatten dieses Mal das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite, das war nicht ganz so toll.
Auch gab es massive Diskussionen mit dem (neuen?) Bademeister, warum wir vor 9:00 bereits in der Therme waren (steht auch so in der Info die man beim Checkin bekommt). Wohlgemerkt, er hat uns nicht rausgeschmissen, sondern nur ein wenig gemotzt warum wir schon hier sind und die Absperrung mit dem Lift umgangen sind. Er hat an diesem Tag mehrfach aufs neue mit uns darüber zu diskutieren begonnen, was dann nur noch nervig war. Wir sind schon zig Male dort gewesen und bis jetzt hat es noch nie jemand gekümmert. Es hat sich dann herausgestellt, dass man vor 9:00 eigentlich ur in das Sportbecken darf - das ist aber in der Info-Broschüre so nicht eindeutig zu lesen.

Pros:

Jedino sto nam se svidjelo ovog puta je osoblje. Sve pohvale djelatnici na recepciji, draga, ljubazna, stručna i simpatična. Spreman pomoći i uslužna.
Ona je primjer kako bi svaki djelatnik na recepciji trebao izgledati. Njena ocjena 10/10.
Naše djevojke na doručku isto tako ljubazne i uslužne. Noćenje preskupo s obzirom da bazeni nisu radili, doručak nije u skladu skupe cijene noćenja. Kad rade bazeni prosjek im se popravlja.
