Fantastisch en we komen zeker terug

Nice room. Nice with access to thermal bath + indoor and outdoor pools. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Running trails nearby.

Cons:

We bought dinner the first night. It did not taste of much, and did not meet standard for everything else at the place. Maybe we just picked the wrong night, but after that we found very nice restaurants in Villach…

Sauber, gute Lage,...Thermen Durchgang perfekt,..Frühstück ok,....hat eigentlich soweit gepasst,...

Das Lehrmädchen beim Frühstück könnte freundlicher sein, nicht ernst schauen, wenn sie den Kaffee bringt und hinstellt könnte sie bitte sagen, ich finde die ist sehr menschenscheu und ihr kommt kein einziger Lacher über die Lippen, einfach schade

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, vom Empfang über die Bedienung beim Frühstück bis zur Reinigungskraft.
Die direkte Anbindung zur KärntenTherme sowie zum Kurzentrum sind sehr gut. Ab 07:00 Uhr kann man im Kurzentrum in der Urquelle schwimmen bei 29 Grad Wassertemperatur.
Das Zimmer sowie der Balkon waren ausreichend groß, das Bad sehr schön aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. Abends in der Hotelbar war ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Barkeeper.
Gerrne komme ich wieder in dieses tolle Hotel.

Cons:

Die Aussicht war für mich nicht ideal mit Blick auf das Kurzentrum, ist aber nicht wirklich ein Nachteil.

Das Hotel Karawankenhof ist Ideal zum geniesen und die Seele baumeln lassen biem Baden!Die Reception sehr Freundlich und kompetent .Die Nette Dame an der Rezeption immer sehr hilfreich und auf die fragen um die Parkzuweisung für mein Motorrad einfach Super👍🏍️ Sie hatte immer ein Ohr für mich mit Tollen Gäsprächen😁……Das Abendessen Sehr lecker und das Personal Mega Freundlich 👏
