Location ok, trattamento inospitale
Pros:

Location ok, ma non particolarmente pulita. Sarà dipeso forse anche dal fatto di aver soggiornato fuori stagione, gli ambienti sembravano tutti un po' lasciati a se stessi. A partire dagli esterni.

Cons:

Mi dispiace dover lasciare una recensione negativa, ma ci siamo sentiti poco accolti e vincolati a una prenotazione poco flessibile, senza nessun apparente motivo. Abbiamo prenotato pensando di poter posticipare il check-out di mezz’ora per fare una doccia dopo una gara podistica, come spesso ci è stato concesso altrove. Invece ci è stato detto che il check-out era tassativo e che per ritardarlo avremmo dovuto pagare metà della tariffa della notte (circa 70€). Abbiamo quindi chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione, soltanto mezz'ora dopo averla fatta, ma la richiesta è stata rifiutata, nonostante i solleciti, a giorni di distanza.

Good hotel needing a little attention.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Very warm welcome & always pleasant throughout our 3 night stay. We were able to leave bags safely when we arrived too early at the hotel. Very quirky decor. Comfortable bed. Room very clean. Nice home baking at breakfast.

Cons:

The main entrance had a lot of leaves lying around & the outside windows needed a wash so we were a little worried about the 1st impression we had. These aspects could be easily fixed. Although the home baking was lovely, for us it was a bit too sweet, perhaps some simple croissants or bread would have been more to our taste, but that is a matter of personal preference.

Erholsam, interessant und gern geschehen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Hintergrundmusik sehr angenehm und nicht zu laut. Die Ausstattung im Hotel inkl. Bibliothek super.
Die Herzlichkeit vom Inhaber(-Familie) und Personal haben wir geschätzt.

Cons:

Cons:

Camera decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Situata sotto il livello della strada, con finestre che si affacciano direttamente sulla passerella d’ingresso dell’hotel: privacy praticamente inesistente, poiché chiunque transiti può vedere all’interno a meno di tenere le tende oscuranti sempre chiuse, rinunciando completamente alla luce naturale.
Struttura poco curata, con evidenti segni di scarsa manutenzione. Insonorizzazione assente: si percepiscono chiaramente rumori e passaggi dalla zona esterna e comune.

Ein sehr schönes Design. Das Zimmer hatte eine große Terrasse. Das Personal super freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ok. Schimmel im Bad nicht so gut. Frühstück mittelmäßig mit Muffins und Keksen. Aber auf Nachfrage gab es Omelette mit Schinken. Hätte man besser machen können. Im Zimmer keine Gläser, man hat Pappbecher bekommen was für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ein No Go ist.

Sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Parkgarage um Preis inbegriffen. Die sehr ruhige Umgebung liess uns gut schlafen.

Cons:

Wir kamen am Tag nach einem schweren Sturm an, der nahe Fluss führte immer noch Hochwasser. Die Gartenanlage hatte vielleicht im Sturm gelitten, sah jedenfalls nicht sonderlich einladend ein. Im Eingangsbereich gleich neben der offenen Küche und dem Essbereich empfing uns ein intensiver Geruch nach Essen, mitten am Nachmittag. Das Zimmer wirkte nicht besonders attraktiv, irgendwie blieb ein nicht ganz professenioller Eindruck hängen, was Einrichtung und Stil betrifft.
