Pros:

tutto, la struttura è immersa in un contesto residenziale in mezzo a palazzi, ma grazie al verde risulta praticamente nascosta e appartata e poi la cordialità e l'ospitalità fanno da padrone.
La camera era spaziosa e ben tenuta, il bagno ottimo, aggiungo anche che inizialmente c'era stato un piccolo problemino con la doccia, che però stato risolto in tempo zero il che mi da l'occasione di fare i complimenti anche per questo aspetto.

La struttura è molto carina un ingresso tramite un viale con struttura in legno e piante,interno molto curato, sala colazione bellissima e camere molto accoglienti.

Disappointing
Pros:

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, sheets were clean. Convenient for the Stadio Adriatico

Cons:

Place was scruffy and run down, certainly not 4 stars and not boutique - there were not even any cups or glasses in the room. Top of bathroom tiles were thick with dust, and ledge/cavity above room door was thick with dust too. Was told the breakfast pastries were home made, but found most of them to be dry and inedible. Staff did not seem to know waht they were doing. Even a request for a couple beers took ages. Parking is EUR 20 per day which seems excessive.

Pros:

Hotel arredato con cura. In zona molto tranquilla.
Camera molto grande e pulita con un balconcino con tavolino.
Ho viaggiare lavoro ed ho potuto sfruttare bene la scrivania in camera.

This hotel stands head and shoulders above others. Highly recommend this unique gem.
Pros:

Customer service was exceptional, spotlessly clean and a great cooked breakfast. Every one of the staff were so friendly, I will return.

Cons:

Prepare fruit so clients can help themselves. And offer fruit yogurt.
