Heerlijk en aangenaam hotel met fijn personeel bij de receptie.
Pros:

Dichtbij het strand en de heerlijke boulevard van Valencia. Ontbijt is een feestje. Verschillende keuzes. Standaard jus d orange en een croissant. Verder broodje iberico ham en yoghurt met muesli. 15 euro. 14 als je boekt bij het hotel.

Cons:

Ons bed was wat klein. Er zijn ook kamers met grotere bedden zagen we.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt direkt am Stadtstrand in familiär geführtem Hotel
Pros:

Hatte Anfang Mai ein Einzel-Zimmer im 3.OG mit kleinem Balkon zur Seitenstraße mit seitlichem Blick auf den Strand/Meer. Eine für mich gute Lage, da direkt am Strand und Promenade.
Das Zimmer war neu renoviert mit neuem Bad mit Dusche. Es hatte ein gutes Doppelbett. Habe gut darin geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage habe ich nicht gebraucht, da es nicht so heiß war. -
Für eine Person ist das kleine Zimmer ok. Für zwei Personen eng. -
Für die Kleider gab es eine offene Kleiderstange und eine Regalwand. -
Positiv ist der große Safe zu erwähnen, in dem man auch leicht einen 17" Laptop unterbringen kann. -
Unten auf der Straße sind Cafes und Restaurants, was natürlich eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse bringt. Aber nichts Ungewöhnliches.
Direkt gegenüber dem Eingang ist eine große Tiefgarage 35€/24h.
Das Hotel-Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist familiär geführt und seit Generationen im Familienbesitz.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte leider einen Teppichboden, der an einer Stelle auch nass war, als ich das Zimmer bezog. Irgendetwas wurde hier entfernt/gereinigt. Vinyl oder Ähnliches wäre hier angebracht und hygienischer!
Das zum Strand hin angeschlossene Restaurant, wo man auch ein Frühstück bekommen kann, macht einen guten Eindruck, ist aber hochpreisig. - Gleich in der nähe gibt es einfachere und gute Tapas-Bars usw

MUY BIEN SITUADO PERO HAY QUE ACTUALIZAR EL HOTEL
Pros:

El trato recibido y la ubicación son excelentes. La verdad es que me atendieron fenomenal y el hotel está en un sitio perfecto, junto a la playa.

Cons:

La habitación no estaba en las mejores condiciones, con manchas en la moqueta detalles bastante viejos. Además había 3 mosquitos que me dieron guerra toda la noche.

Good location, good staff, bad smell in the room
Pros:

a great location for beach holidays. Very close to restaurants, bars and beach, but it is loud at night. Staff are very nice and kind. Bus and tram close by, then, change to Metro to other parts of city.

Cons:

Sewage like smell in the room 106 when we stayed from 22nd to 26th May 2026. I do not know where it comes from. I see no visible cracks of leakages nor water stains in the bed room, bath room and toilet. It could be because of the renovation being done on their roof top restaurant?

Pros:

Las habitaciones eran amplias y con los servicios básicos, aunque el somier necesita un cambio. La limpieza bien y la ubicación perfecta para la playa, un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero está bien conectado con metro/tranvía y autobuses.

Cons:

Si quieres descansar no es la mejor opción, ya que debajo está la zona de bares y que tienen música hasta tarde, si lo que te interesa es salir está bien ubicado.

Beste Lage für Strand& Meer
Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereiten Personal.
Sehr gute Lage .1.Reihe am Strandpromenade.
Prima Betten und Kissen. Badezimmer und Zimmer groß genug für 2 Personen.

Cons:

Ein Schrank statt der gardenrobenähnlichen Ablage würde den Komfort zur Kleideraifbewahrung deutlich aufwerten, insbesondere für einen längeren Aufenthalt als bei uns nit 3 Übernachtungen.
Die Lage an der Strandpromenade mit Restaurants bedeutet auch laute Musilk bis in dir Nacht. Mit geschlossenem Fenstern und Klimaanlage o.k. Aber für Menschen, die sowas stört, nicht geeignet.
Das Frühstück kann man im Restaurant im gleichen Gebäude dazubuchen. Der frisch ausgepresste Orangensaft ist köstlich, der Kaffee o.k. Das belegte Baquette etwas lieblos und in meinen Augen zu teuer.
Es gibt in Richtung Zentrum des Stadtteils bessere Möglichkeiten.

Very noisy on our arrival which was a Sunday, went on till early hours . Then the deliveries arrived early in the mornings

Pros:

Lage direkt am Meer, Blick Richtung Strand, Personal super freundlich.

Cons:

Volle Partymeile, trotz toller und geschlossener Fenster manchmal schwierig zu schlafen. Großes Fest on der Nähe zusätzlich.
