Staff are so friendly and helpful. We loved arriving from a long, hard hike and having a free afternoon snack of delicious pastries and then hitting the sauna and pool. Food was excellent, loved meeting other guests.
Perfectly located right in the centre, with convenient parking facilities. Most of all, the staff were absolutely amazing! A special mention to Mirko, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
He even went out of his way to help us resolve an issue with our car hire, which we truly appreciated. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made such a difference to our stay. We can’t thank him enough!

Food was good, rooftop pool was fabulous, beds were comfy, staff were friendly and helpful
무료 셔틀버스 이용해서 오르티세이 가기 편했고 세체다와 알페디시우시 하루에 다 돌아봤어요. 호텔에서 걸어서 갈만한 곳에도 케이블카가 있는데 그거 타고 올라가면 큰 놀이터있고 거기서 아이 놀기 너무 좋았어요 ! 룸컨디션 너무 좋았고 깨끗하고 청소상태도 좋았습니다. 냉장고도 있고요 에어컨은 없는데 대신 선풍기가 놓여져있었어요 밤에 잘때는 크게 덥지 않아서 괜찮았어요(8월말) 수영장도 이용하고 하프보드 이용해서 저녁 맛있게 숙소에서 먹었네요 메뉴들 다 너무 훌륭합니다. 샐러드나 디저트 빵류는 쁘띠로 뷔페가 차려져있었어요. 조식 퀄리티 너무 좋구요 직원분들도 친절합니다. 다음번 돌로미티때도 오고싶어요!

Posizione ottima. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale in particolare Mirko della reception e Hassan della sala sono stati molto gentili e ospitali.
Cibo eccellente e buffet abbondante e vario. Stanza molto grande e pulita.
Piscina sul tetto leggermente troppo fredda vista la stagione.
Very kind and attentive staff from the receptionist to the waiters at the restaurant. The food for breakfast and dinner were excellent. Pool and relax areas at the top floor had nice views on the mountains.

الفت عطلان ومعي الوالدة كبيرة بالعمر ولديها مشكلة صحية باقدامها وتفأجات بان الفت عطلان واضطرت الى الصعود خمس ادوار عبر الدرج وتنكدت في الرحله حتى الان تشكي من اقدامها وهذا السبب جعلني لا اقدم على الحجز بالبوكينق .

Pegamos a meia pensão (café da manhã e jantar) e foi excepcional! O jantar tem buffet de frios, e vc escolhe os pratos do dia, com 3 opções por dia de alta gastronomia.
O preço é “salgado” porém entregou tudo! Comida excelente, atendimento 1000%, com todos os funcionários mega educados.

If every traveller has a bucket list of hotels they should experience at least once, Hotel Touring absolutely deserves to be on it.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Touring Dolomites. The hotel is beautiful, extremely well maintained, and the atmosphere is truly special – we honestly haven’t experienced anything quite like it before. The staff were exceptional: warm, professional, attentive and always genuinely helpful. The level of organization throughout the hotel is outstanding and everything is taken care of with great attention to detail.
Breakfast and dinner were a highlight of our stay. The quality, presentation and overall experience felt Michelin-level. We also loved the pool and wellness area, especially after long days exploring the Dolomites. The location in Santa Cristina is perfect for discovering Val Gardena and the surrounding mountains. A truly memorable stay and a hotel we would happily return to.
