La nostra camera, vero che era un’economy, ma aveva una doccia completamente aperta - impossibile non allagare il bagno quando ci si lava 😅 Inoltre lo scarico del water era abbastanza lento. Non un’esperienza da 4 stelle, sicuramente 😅

La struttura esterna molto curata e superiore alle aspettative, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante della struttura e ci e’ piaciuto. I camerieri professionali e gentili.

Cons:

La camera familiare sicuramente molto grande ma un po’ datata. Investirei dei soldi per ristrutturare il bagno, sicuramente non rispecchia il prezzo della camera. Le tende non erano black-out e lasciavano entrare molta luce. Non c’era la televisione e uno specchio da terra per specchiarsi a figura intera. Il box doccia ancora in plastica e non si chiudeva bene. Metterei anche una mensola interna alla doccia per appoggiare i prodotti. Inoltre, abbiamo saputo troppo tardi che la Spa era chiusa per problemi tecnici, ma avevo scelto la struttura perché aveva sia la Spa che la piscina. Sarebbe stato giusto un contatto della struttura a prenotazione avvenuta per comunicare questo inconveniente.

De service want wij kwamen aan na 23.00 uur en hebben op ons gewacht. Was wel van te voren gemeld dat we 10 en 11 zouden aankomen.

Da rifare ma sperando in servizi migliori!

La piscina, il verde e tutto ciò che riguarda il giardino e gli esterni

La camera: buia. L’aria condizionata non funzionante. Finestra che dava su un sottoscala interno.
La sera a cena attesa lunghissima, portate sbagliate ma del resto un solo cameriere per una struttura del genere è verremmo ridicolo! avremmo voluto un dolce ma ahimè in cucina non erano pronti alle nostre esigenze!!!
Il posto è molto bello però a mio avviso è mal gestito! Anche in piscina abbiamo riscontrato delle problematiche! Immagino che avere una sola persona in servizio che si occupi del bar, della “sicurezza “ della piscina e degli ombrelloni e sdraio sia una pecca! E poi dí domenica era piena di esterni con bambini al seguito (urlanti e schiamazzanti) che non hanno permesso a noi ospiti paganti dell’ hotel di goderci a pieno il nostro soggiorno! E poi la spa era chiusa per ristrutturazione… insomma la gestione è un po’ da rivedere!
Peccato perché la struttura è veramente spettacolare!
È come avere una FERRARI e non metterci la benzina e farla guidare a un inesperto!!!
