Great stay
Pros:

The hosts were great and very friendly. Always on disposition to guests. The view is amasing and the food was great.

Leider sind die Fotos anscheinend sehr alt. Das Hotel ist abgewohnt, das Personal nicht wirklich freundlich. Fliegende Ameisen im Zimmer, keine Vorhänge - Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen - Matratzen durchgelegen. Von BIO- Frühstück mehr erwartet ! Restaurant am Abend NUR 1 Menü - alles Gemüse mit Instäntsuppe total überwürzt und Gemüseauflauf. Dieses Hotel sieht uns sicher nicht mehr.

Zelo prijetno in priporočljivo.
Pros:

Všeč mi je bil razgled, zdrava hrana, prilagodljivost osebja, številni zemljevidi in napotki, ki so bili na voljo. Savna je bila lepa in osebje se je trudilo ugoditi našim željam.

Cons:

Predlagal bi jasne znake, da je psom prepovedano gibanje v wellnessu in restavraciji - nekateri gostje si dovolijo marsikaj ... Ampak vse je možno zdravorazumsko rešiti.

Toller Familienurlaub in einem schönen Hotel in Kärnten!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, es war reich an Varianten! Verschiedene Sorten Brot, Käse, Gemüse, Obst und viele neue Dinge für uns. Ein Frühstück geht auch ohne zuviel Wurst oder Industrie-Nutella. Kaffee, Säfte und Tees standen jeden Tag zur Verfügung, dazu noch der tolle Ausblick. Auch das Abendmenü hat geschmeckt, das Personal war immer freundlich. Für die Kinder gab eine Alternative zum Menü-Essen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Arche. Es gab für alles eine Lösung. Man kann Skifahren auf der Saualbe, die Städte Klagenfurt und Villach besuchen. Das Hotel ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in Kärnten. Gerne wieder.

Excellentes Frühstück und Abendessen, Besitzer und Personal sehr, sehr freundlich, sehr familär und hilfsbereit. Schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr sauber, sehr gute Matratzen, tolle Lage des Hotels. Wir kommen zu 100 % wieder.
