Un petit havre de paix au porte de Paris
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien, en bord de Seine et entouré de verdure. La piscine avec les deux jacuzzis, hammam et sauna sont un vrai plus. Chambre confortable avec balcon, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Le dîner au restaurant n'était pas exceptionnel et la carte des vins un peu chère, il faudrait un entre deux.

Agradable hotel para relajarse unos días
Pros:

Bonito hotel situado cerca de Paris, en un lugar tranquilo y lleno de árboles, con estacionamiento propio lo cual se agradece mucho. Habitaciones confortables, desayuno exquisito. Personal amable y buenas instalaciones: cuenta con piscina y spa. Si se quiere cenar, cuenta con restaurante.

Locatie, makkelijk bereikbaar en kon de auto laden

Cons:

Op de foto lijkt het een mooi oud idyllisch hotel. In werkelijkheid slaap in moderne bij gebouwen. Zwembad was klein en alleen maar binnen.

Très mauvaise expérience.

J’ai été facturé deux fois pour le petit-déjeuner, pour un montant total de 36 €, ce qui est déjà un tarif particulièrement élevé. Depuis, j’ai effectué plusieurs relances, aussi bien par téléphone que par e-mail, afin d’obtenir le remboursement de cette double facturation. À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse.

Le manque de suivi et de considération envers les clients est très décevant. Une erreur de facturation peut arriver, mais l’absence totale de réponse malgré plusieurs démarches est inacceptable.

J’espère que cet avis incitera l’établissement à prendre ses responsabilités et à régulariser cette situation rapidement.
