It made our Paris trip!
Pros:

Great hotel! The stuff are so kind and helpful. The room was so clean, modern and comfortable. And it’s worth upgrading to the junior room! We enjoyed the heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna so much. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hotel pour la proximité avec le madame loyal electrik parc franchement au top l'hotel est d'une propreté et seulement 10 min a pied du parc avec une petite promenade en bord de seine franchement au top

Overall, a great stay that we would happily recommend.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. Although we experienced a problem with the air conditioning, it was resolved promptly.

Pros:

Amazing room and breakfast! We had a very comfortable couple of nights in this calm and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was absolutely perfect and we look forward to coming back again when we are in the region.

It started with the toilet space in the hotel room: someone else should close outside because the locking was installed incorrectly. In the restaurant (which was nearly empty) we were not allowed to sit at a table for 4 persons, while we were with 2 persons (and that was communicated rudely). Later we saw, the restaurant was still almost empty. Then the coffee, the cappuccino was 1/4 of the cup and nearly cold. We explained our complains and left our email, but no response.

Un séjour exceptionnel, marqué par la bienveillance, la gentillesse et la grande qualité de l’ensemble du personnel.
Pros:

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, à l’exception de l’homme présent à l’accueil samedi midi, dont l’accueil nous a malheureusement beaucoup déçus. Heureusement, Marion, absolument exceptionnelle, a largement relevé le niveau.

Nous souhaitons également remercier tout particulièrement Constancia (si toutefois je n’écorche pas son prénom), qui a fait preuve d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance remarquables. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu découvrir et profiter de l’espace spa/piscine, que nous n’aurions probablement pas utilisé sans ses conseils et son accueil chaleureux. Une très belle rencontre qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable.

Cons:

Sans hésitation : l’homme présent à l’accueil le samedi midi. Nous avons trouvé son accueil froid, désagréable et vraiment peu professionnel. Heureusement, le reste de l’équipe a largement compensé cette mauvaise première impression.

Système de fermeture des portes des sanitaires dans la chambre rend leur accès difficile (porte trop lourde).
