Pros:

Très bon accueil ,spa et confort au TOP,

Cons:

LE RESTAURANT DU SOIR EST A FUIR.
Carte très courte et pates inmangeables
Meme les plats ITALIENS étaient mauvais.
Nous sommes rentrés nous coucher sans rien manger. Mais le lendemain, les 2 repas nous ont été facturés.
D'ailleurs, nous n'étions que 7 clients!!!!

Il y a beaucoup de choses qui demande des explications. Emplacement parking handicapés, occupé par une voiture du personnel. Personnels à la réception, professionnel, sans plus. Chambre : sol non nettoyé, toile d'araignée dans les coins, terrasse de la chambre non-nettoyée, les mégots de cigarettes dans le cendrier, bar sans personnel, restaurant du jamais vu. Tout est négatif, sauf le prix qui est nettement surfait. Je voudrais connaître vos critères pour l'attribution des étoiles.

The privacy on the resort

Cons:

The restaurant service. Took 35mins to take my order because the waiter was too busy charming the couples at the tables. I was sat there on my own waiting for service

Fint hotel.. perfekt beliggenhed i grønne omgivelser i gåafstand fra centrum.
God morgenmad

Cons:

Aftensmaden i restauranten var ikke pengene værd. Tjeneren meget fint, men ikke maden som var intetsigende.

Giornata rilassante
Pros:

Struttura accoglienta bella hall, abbiamo preso la junior suite con idromassaggio , niente da dire tutto funzionante, staff professionale e gentile, Punto a favore per il maitre di sala abbiamo cenato, menu due portate con acqua e calice di vino tutto buono e di qualitá a un prezzo ragionevole, colazione buona. Camera ordinata e pulita, schermo piatto moderno sul letto con patio e vasca idromassaggio e doccia bagnoturco molto carina bella esperienza, aree di miglioramento io riempirei ill minibar con piu bibite, birre e magari qualche snack poi sta a voi se fare a pagamento o no (magari é una scelta professionale considerando che in giro é pieno di persone maleducate posso capirlo) kit di cortesia sempre ben 'accetto ci hanno offerto una bottiglietta di acqua e dei biscotti modernizzerei un po' l'arredamento ( non era brutto ma io investirei e modernizzerei avete potenziale)
Personale gentile ed educato, cucina buona, spa non abbiamo fatto in tempo ma sicuro avrebbe alzato i punti sembrava molto carina,
