L accueil du personnel avec une oommunication chaleureuse avec le responsable de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire avec des produits faits maison et une grande profusion. Le restaurant mérite le détour avec des plats de qualité.

The food in the restaurant was very good. We had the daily menu and an entree. The beef ribs were tender and tasty. The beef lasagna was one of the best ever. With salads and the dessert that came with the daily menu, we had more than enough. Very nice ambiance the dining room and the wait staff were helpful and attentive. We would gladly go again. The room was very nice and comfortable except for the extreme heat. Days of 35+ made everything impossibly uncomfortable and there was no air conditioning.

Alles bestens, sehr sauber, freundliche Wirtsleute, freundliches Personal, ein traumhaft leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Möglichkeit einen Tisch für das Abendessen zu reservieren. Es wird sehr gutdeutsch gesprochen und man erhält gute Tips - Wandererfreundliches Hotel! .Ausserordentliches Frühstücksbuffet- absolut empfehlenswert!
Ce couple d'hôtes a relevé un vrai challenge : offrir un service 5 étoiles de l'accueil au petit déjeuner, en passant par le dîner dans des chambres ultra propres. Oui, les chambres sont en léger décalage avec leurs ambitions. Mais franchement, ça n'est pas grave. L'expérience était , elle, 5 étoiles 🌟

Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und warmherzig. Die Atmosphäre ist familiär. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich. Sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sind wirklich hervorragend. Oberhaslach ist ein schönes beschauliches Örtchen voller Geschichten und wunderschöner Umgebung, Wanderwegen, mystischen Orten, ... Wer abschalten will ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
