Sehr gute Lage, Hotel und Stadt sind wie eine Reise in die Vergangenheit, zu Kaiser's Zeiten in der KuK Monarchie.

Cons:

Im Hotel sind offenbar nahezu nur russische Gäste und auch das Personal ist offenbar mehrheitlich russisch. Neben Russisch wird etwas tschechisch gesprochen, aber kein Englisch oder Deutsch.

Great location, hotel looks very dated - it does the job (sleep, leave), it is clean, and quiet.
Pros:

Location is great - very central. They also provide parking for larger cars (parking lot in front of the hotel). Clean hotel.

Cons:

Very slow check in (25 mins to check-in 3 rooms), hotel looks very dated, restaurant is only open 18-20h in the evening. No Czech (local) TV channels. Very hot in the room, had to sleep with open window. Breakfast selection was one of the worst I have ever seen. Place seems to cater for elderly Russian speaking clientele. In-room safe box - check out the picture - manual says "press A" to continue.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt und zum Zentrum. Man kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichen.

Cons:

Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Hotel Abendessen in Form eines Menüs zu buchen. Hier stimmen die Qualität und der Preis in keinster Weise überein. Das dazugehörige Salat-und Dessertbuffet sind sehr überschaubar und haben kaum Auswahl. An Getränken gab es nur Wasser und ein leider nicht definierbares Getränk. Man hat auch keine Möglichkeit andere Getränke zu bestellen. Die Portion des Hauptganges war sehr klein.
Es ist sehr schade, dass diese Erfahrung den Aufenthalt in diesem sonst sehr schönen, freundlichen Hotel etwas beeinträchtigt hat.

Pros:

It is a lovely hotel with a great swimming pool.
A little bit old fashioned. The breakfast is really the best you can imagine!

Cons:

A little bit expensive, and sometimes the amenities are random. We didn’t have spoon for the tea, and the minibar was empty. The safe didn’t work.

Reasonable cost/benefit stay.
Pros:

Location is just perfect! Right in the middle of where things are taking place. I got a room on the 5th floor with a beautiful view from the city. Parking area is also convenient if u don’t plan to use the car during your stay. Pool size and jacuzzi are also ok fits with the picture available on the website.

Cons:

Breakfast is very poor, no big options, there was almost no bread and once things are over takes quite a while to be replaced. Here there is a lot of room for improvement. Communication at the reception is a challenge as they do not speak English or German, they use a translator machine instead. Shower was also a challenge, water flow is very low and difficult to control the water temperature.
